There is a new kiosks Horrible experience with it. Takes away from the little experience looking at the bowl seeing it be made which was worth the tip but now umm. Yeah my rice was soggy the guy said the rice looked fine so I went to the trash to go grab mine out to show him how it was soggy he looked then he apologized for the rice and said that it was just that part Which then I replied you have a nice day I’m going to go wash my hands.

Overall good I don't recommend getting the spicy salmon it was grey in color I feel like they mix the old salmon with sauce which makes it concerning to eat the rice is also undercooked the person there was nice but i can tell he was trying to get me out as fast as he could I don't think I will be going back I'd rather drive a bit further to Bluewater poke and pay a bit more. Haven't had an issue with food quality with them as of now

Quality has been on the decline, management seems to be getting lazy as it took a shutdown for them to finally deal with roaches which I had seen myself, disgusting, guy at the register with glasses scoffed at me for asking about their cleaning process

Wowww what an amazing experience. Brayden and David were great, friendly and very very helpful. They went above and beyond. Food was amazing and the serving amount was top notch.5 Stars all around experience. Definitely will be coming here more often and I recommend everyone does too.

Poke Ville has two names - it also goes by Poke Hana on food delivery apps.I used to both come here personally and order the food to be delivered very often. I loved it!The food was good, the portions were large, the ingredients were high quality.Then I noticed over time, the quality started going down hill.The last handful of times I have ordered from Poke Ville/Poke Hana, the quality of the ingredients has changed and become less appetizing, the food has been made very sloppily, and after eating, I'm left with a stomach ache.It's been a bummer to go from having this place as my "go to" for Poke, to now avoiding it.I am willing to try it again in the future, however I'm not confident in the quality any more and I am not in any rush to eat here again.

I am unsure how this place has such a high rating. I have been there 3 times. The first time everything was great, good food, friendly customer service and they were quick. The next time I went 2/8/22 I ordered a bowl with 3 items and received a free miso soup, well I ate the bowl and I was fine, I waited about an hour and ate the miss soup and I had horrible food poisoning. I don't like to just brush a small business off from one bad experience so I visited yesterday 2/18/22 and ordered a bowl, I started feeling sick 10 minutes after I ate my bowl. I am so sick I can't even go to work. The guys that work there are still friendly so I gave one extra star for that reason.
It tasted good. But then I got food poisoning…… so….To be fair, this was in September of 2021. I’m just late to leave my review. I was looking up poke places near me and this place came up and I had all the memories flash back.*shudders*

Restroom looks like they haven't cleaned it for days . Lobby also really dirty . I came after the gym around 2pm for lunch. Kind of scared of what the kitchen looks like if the lobby and restroom is dirty

Worst poke I have ever had, and I eat A LOT of Poke. The Albacore was slimy and old, they gave me a pineapple core cube that I crunched down on and spent about 10 seconds wondering what the hell was in my mouth. The wontons were crunchy and good, but it doesn’t make up for all the other lackluster ingredients. Won’t ever go again when Poke Co is up the street.
