Ordered food so my husband could pick it up after a 10 hour workday. I called in at 6:02 and asked how long the wait would be for an order and was told about 15-20 minutes for what I wanted. I specifically requested it be ready around 6:35 or literally anytime after due to my husbands eta and not wanting what we ordered to be sitting there for 20 minutes getting warm. I let Sam or Sue whoever was answering know that even if my husband had to wait a while that was perfectly fine just to please have them wait to make it. We aren’t picking the order up, they called my husband to tell him it was ready at 6:19. I understand that they can get busy but we’re paying customers just like the ones who dine in and waiting was perfectly okay with us so long as the food didn’t get warm. I called back and requested to speak with the manager, Sue or Sam asked me why I wanted to talk to the manager and asked if it was for a complaint. I told her I just need to speak to the manager and she said he was busy. So now I’m here letting it be known that we will not be paying for warm sushi and that my simple request of waiting is why. Ordering from Tomo instead.

I ordered the ramen, beef, and was up charged 8$ for beef though the menu did not mention that. I was fine paying the extra money for what I wanted but I’m 90% sure they use top ramen and just add beef. The noodles are the same, the flavor is the same, the smell is the same. Don’t know if this carries over to their sushi but if you are getting ramen, save 17$ and just go get beef top ramen at CVS. Honestly the worst restaurant bought ramen I’ve ever had.

Mason Roll was really good! The plating was nice. You can tell the chefs care about the quality of the food. I also got the Baked Mussels and I definitely recommend.

Love this place! Can customize the rolls, great friendly service, and sushi on the house. My favorite is the Alaska roll, lemony salmon and I ask for normal crab instead of spicy. The popcorn lobster was also amazing and we got fried salmon on the house from Sam, best sushi chef ever Great music too, love classic rock. Def returning!

Placed an order through Uber eats and the driver cancelled my order. The restaurant had my order and I contacted them and the girl advised that I pick up the order. I live 25 minutes away from this place, so I did. I was a minute away and got a call saying they couldn't give me the order cause it was "old" and had to re order and pay again. They claim uber wasn't going to pay them and not charge me. But the fact that I had to come back drive so far and the owner didn't budge at all. He was so rude and disregarding. Don't come here, they don't care about customers, only the money. Horrible customer service from the owner very rude. FYI I know you're reading this. I made sure Uber doesn't pay you and they credited me too.

Delicious! Been looking for a spot with deep fried sushi and this place has it and it was so good! Can't wait to come back and enjoy it all over again. The server was so nice and kept coming to check in on us. 10/10.
