I experienced a small issue at their water shop but the employee there (might of been the owners son, I think) resolved the minor issue. I've been coming here for years so I'm glad they made it right, not every business is an honest business, but this water shop is, they earned my support

Today on my visit I asked for a lid for a 1.1gallon of water ,But the person attending me did not understand basic english or pretend she did not know ?.?The other attending male said"water is not free you still have to pay ? .I guess customer is not right or is not what they need only?Customer service is poor an place is dusty , dirty an clutter ? they used the same washcloths to wipe counters an customers empty gallons?Germ nesting seems ?The word to say no to a problem is NO ENGLISH.

Best filtered water ? in The city of San Bernardino, only $1.25 a gallon. They use to give you a stamp card that if you fill 9 bottles you would get the 10th one free! but no longer have the card. They also carry alkaline water but I believe you have to pay $5 a gallon if I'm correct? I would just confirm that with the water people. I believe they close by 7pm but you can always fill up your bottles with their water machines they have outside their building. And, because the machines are connected to the same filter inside the store, you get the same quality filter water ?for the same price $1.25.
