Went in on a Tuesday around 1pm. Was empty and my kids had a blast. Just feels different now. They have a jump area for kids. Great for parents with 1 kid. Because its 10 bucks a kid. Since I got 3 of them. Its just not in my budget.. ill just let them jump all over the tables and chairs. Thats

Not the Chuck E. I grew up with. Bright lights, no animatronics, kids bop on loop are new additions. Skeeball, prizes, and bad pizza are still there.

I ordered pizza and had it delivered by doordash. I ordered an extra large pepperoni which I cant believe they consider that extra large..that's laughable And they didn't have to cut it into 24 small pieces they could have just cut it into 12 bigger pieces that's ridiculous. I also ordered a large half pepperoni half cheese. That pizza is another complete joke. I paid over $65 for these ridiculous pizzas!!! This is a rip-off the pizzas weren't even good!! Not only were they tiny for what I paid But I could have gotten a frozen pizza and been happier I remember Chuck e Cheese Pizza used to be so good what happened?? It's worse than frozen pizza. This is the worst pizza ive had in over 4 years!! WOW $65 for this junk!! Also just a little tip you don't have to cut a pizza into tiny Little pieces unless asked cut it like a normal pizza would be cut!! Just look at a few of these slices of pizzas and how they're cut one of the pieces wouldn't even feed a mouse the way they cut it it's so ridiculous. Whoever cut this pizza must be blind the way that it was cut 3 of their little slices they cut would be one normal size of pizza anywhere else.

It was a complete disappointment for us. I chose the 1000 point program for the birthday child. Later we realized that the person who filled out the cards did not give my daughter a separate card, but added the same points as the guests. For Ticket Blaster, no one said anything even though our party was over, but my daughter reminded me at the last minute. The man assigned to take care of us started work that day and was a terrible host. He was late no matter what we said, I asked for a knife for the cake and I was waiting, he went and took care of something else. Our event was between 3pm and 5pm. We waited for the attendant to fill in the cards and at 3.17 p.m. we were able to give the cards to the children. Then at 5.00 p.m. the children's cards were closed because the time had expired. It was already delivered to us late. Moreover, it was written that the package I chose had cake in it. I chose the most expensive package, but we found out that cake was not included. Since I couldn't buy cake elsewhere at that moment, we had it added immediately and of course for an additional fee. The cake was stale, the icing melted and spread badly and there was no picture on it. We paid 420 dollars but it was a terrible birthday event. It is a place I will never pass by again. Also, the descriptions on your website are wrong, we had an inconsistent birthday organization.

Uhh, the place is dead first off on a Sunday lunch.Reasons, the prices are sky high. I think that's why it's dead!!! Who wants to pay a personal pizza the size of a plate for nearly $20 and $5 for 1/4 plate of fries. Prices are ridiculous!! Games are soooo outdated, who the hell wants to return????Everyone who reads this... GO TO DAVE & BUSTER instead, better games and a lot better food and decent prices. This Chucky Cheese doesn't deserve the 80's heyday status name. Dying business!!!Management...the place will be closed and your employees will all be laid off in a yr if this continues.

The food was BAD! I thought I was bringing my 8 year old to a fun family restaurant but then another child pooped on the floor. I didn't think it could get any worse but the I saw chuckie pull his c0ck out mid performance. I ran to the bathroom to get away but the walls were covered in brown smears and it stank

Things have changed and a lot more expensive, but the food is actually not bad, those wings are yum, and the kids always have a good time. The security aspect where the kids exit and enter could be a lot better. The chocolate cookie pie was amazing.

The teenage skinny boy with a little curl in his short hair, with a black shirt working on 9/9/2023 between 2pm and 4pm behind the counter to redeem prizes for points is disrespectful and ignorant. We were at the counter waiting for our turn to scan our points to claim prizes for the kids.He clearly saw ignorant parents cut the line because they didn't want to wait their turn. But he nevertheless took their cards over ours. He allowed 2 families to cut us off even when I expressed we were here first. He ignored us and my calls as if we were invisible, looking down the whole time as to avoid eye contact with me.The managers should be ashamed to hire such disrespectful and rude individuals. It is individuals like this worker who encourage people to continue to be disrespectful and cut the lines everywhere in our society. Actions like his only reinforce ignorant parents to perpetually cut lines and pass on this self-entitle ignorant negative attitude to their kids, who in turn become societal eyesores. Shame.
