Quality is crazy inconsistent on the takeout orders. Ordered spicy teriyaki and they gave me regular teriyaki. Ordered (and paid for) extra chicken and they literally just didn’t give it to me. Chicken is undercooked. Unfortunate.

We love their sister restaurant in bay park (bay hill tavern) and tried here because we had our pup with us. Not again. Our Server acted put out when We requested to have the table and seat wiped off (there was water on both), we ordered pretzel bites to start and when they arrived after entrees, she mumbled “not what I had planned” but made no eye contact or apology. We Weren’t told of any dog meal options and when we asked (she’d seen our dog ?♀️) we were told they had several. We ordered chicken and rice and a side of teriyaki. No teriyaki came until ten mins later my husband got up and found her and requested again. When we’d almost finished our meals, we spotted the server walking outside and I tried to ask how much longer the dog chicken would take. she started talking to a passerby on the street and rudely told me “just a minute”- (I’ll be right with you a much better reply to us older, potentially bigger tippers) when she finished talking to the man, she didn’t come to me (i was right there) but walked to computer behind bar assuming she’d forgotten the dog meal and put it in? Who knows. She eventually came back to our table with a bowl of rice no chicken. Biggest takeaway, this girl was more responsive to man on the street and Rocky employee next door than she was to us paying customers. Maybe she doesn’t need the work? I’d suggest take out only at this place, as teriyaki chicken plate and chicken sandwich were good.

This a casual Gastropub near the bay that can get crowded and busy at times. Seating at the bar can get tight. Service is good and the staff are always friendly, so if they're busy they're not ignoring you, they really care here. They have outside seating for pets. Great rotating assortment on tap. Great place for breakfast or brunch. Plenty of appetizers and menu entrees that are great here, several are shareable and portions are large. It's a well thought out menu of American fare that exceeds expectations and has something for everyone!Recommend: The General Tso's Cauliflower is a great appetizer ... and the mini corn dogs ... and the pretzel bites ... and the Truffle fries ... all with a cold beer ... (so much is good here, sorry) It's all good but definitely try the General Tso's Cauliflower!I had the Loco Moco, since I've tried all the burgers and liked many other entrees on the menu. The Loco Moco is a half-pound of crumbled beef patties mixed with brown gravy and diced onions on top of garlic fried rice, topped with two eggs sunny-side up and garnished with fresh chopped green onions. It's definitely not Hawaiian style, but it's really delicious and satisfying regardless. I regret changing to white rice instead of the garlic fried rice ... I think they know what they're doing. Upon seeing the dish I thought there wasn't enough gravy, but it was just the right amount, order more gravy if you want it smothered. I'm also glad they carry Tabasco since this is a must on my Loco Moco. Overall Bayside Landing is a solid keeper on places near the beach and bay to get a beer and some great food!

3.5 stars...Purdue alumni game watch for 2023 season!Ordered the Bacado burger and wings... perfectly cooked burger with all the right toppings, nothing comes with the burger, so fries were $3 extra. My bride opted for the wings, Buffalo...good size, flavor, and sauce.Great local beer selection! Only issue was service, which appeared to be hungover, and very spotty...Ambiance is industrial nautical, service was poor, and prices are in line with the locale...

Had happy hour drinks, an appetizer and dessert while sitting and enjoying the outdoors. Service was good, food was good and staff were so friendly. Will definitely be back.

Everything is served fresh and it is always delicious. The side of rosemary potatoes are great too! Customer service is awesome :)

This place was super busy but we were still able to be seated pretty quickly. We ordered our food and it came out pretty quickly. We ordered the coconut shrimp as an appetizer and the fish and chips for dinner. The shrimp had a batter that was semi sweet and had a sauce that was even sweeter that made it overly sweet. The fish was a little oily and bland. It came with some tarter sauce. I asked for some cocktail sauce but was told that it wasn't something the restaurant had.
Solid neighborhood bar restaurant, decent selection of beer, food and drinks. Good TV setup and indoor outdoor seating.
