Service was so terrible here-usually servers are really nice but they were so stingy. I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore.

Hours are not correct. There phones don’t work. I came to pick up my online order and the employee wanted nothing to do with me. She kept saying “I’m still making donuts… we’re not ready to open yet.” I left and came back an hour later. Order was still not ready. She was super hesitant to give me my order which was really funny considering I had the order on my phone and showed it to her. She kept saying “it should be fine.. I’ll just give it to you.” Uhm? I literally paid for this and should have had it an hour ago. The mochi donuts are considerably smaller compared to other mochi donuts you can find anywhere. I told her which flavors I wanted and she somehow messed it up. The pomegranate donut and the matcha donut was on point. Chai cinnamon tasted like pure cinnamon, seasoned (didn’t ask for this- I ordered Ube) tasted over toasted ? most likelyWon’t reorder.

I love the revolving seasonal menu's! Great place to enjoy a dessert or drink and even get some work or studying done. Cute little place that I always go back to.

One of my favorite dessert places if I am looking for rolled ice cream especially. They also have monthly special soft serve flavors that I always look forward to getting when I go. Super refreshing spot as well after having dinner.
I came here with some friends for dessert on a Friday night. It was quite busy as the interior dining was packed and no tables were available. But they do have outdoor seating! Luckily when we walked in, there was no line, however, we did wait quite a bit for a staff to take our order at the front. It was busy and seemed they were trying to complete existing orders which was understandable. They have a variety of options on their menu including coffee, rolled ice cream, mochi donuts, and croffles! I love croffles so I had to try their strawberry croffle! I waited about 10-15 minutes for the croffle. It was served on a plate and it was topped with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and slices of strawberries. It was very delicious - the combination with all toppings was perfect! I also love how it wasn't too sweet. If you love croffles, I would recommend trying it! The ambiance was quite chill as it was a great place to go with a group of friends and/or family. Overall, I loved the croffle and would come back again for it and try their rolled ice cream!

Very cute dessert shop with great options, a cozy vibe, and quick service. They have some small stickers, nails, etc for sale too, which is really cool. Coffee was a bit sweeter than I expected, but the thai tea rolled ice cream is phenomenal!Parking: Small parking lot shared with some other businesses. There's also street parking right nearby. Don't use the next parking lot over though - there are signs warning that that one is for other restaurants

Came feeling super full but was still able to eat at Bing Haus (thats how good this place is)! The dessert here is AMAZING! You HAVE TO try the strawberry matcha and the croffle!! You won’t be disappointed.
Drinks are very delicious. Very refreshing and not overly sweet. Some personal favorites: strawberry matcha, dirty chai, dirty matcha, and their taro-presso.Texture of their mochinuts are better than actual mochinuts. Huge variety of flavors.Very fluffy croffles and their rolled icecream we got the vanilla-banana and cookies and cream. Both were 10/10.

Such great service and rolled ice cream! The ambiance was busy on a Friday night but all the workers were still so nice and attentive to customers. There's many options for photo ops and a lot of seating (sadly at this time all of them were taken). I got the fruity pebbles rolled ice cream and it was so delicious, especially because they add it as a topping so theres was a nice crunch along side the fruity flavor. Happy to come back!!

A Dessert Haven of Unforgettable Flavors! After a sumptuous meal, we were on the hunt for a sweet finale, and we struck gold with this dessert spot. The ambiance of the place is as delightful as their desserts, offering a cozy, inviting atmosphere that’s just perfect for indulging in a treat. We dove into their specialty - rolled ice cream, a visual and flavorful delight. The Thai Tea flavor was a rich tapestry of tastes, balancing sweet and creamy with a hint of exotic spice. The Apple Pie variant was like a comforting hug, its cinnamon and apple notes dancing harmoniously with the creamy base. But the true star was the Earl Grey Lavender rolled ice cream. Each bite was a symphony of subtle floral notes and the soothing essence of Earl Grey, creating a sensory experience that lingered in memory long after the last spoonful. This flavor was not just a dessert; it was a journey of aromatic indulgence. This place isn’t just about dessert; it’s about an experience that tantalizes your taste buds and leaves a lasting impression. A must-visit for anyone who cherishes a unique and exquisite dessert experience!

A Symphony of Sweet Sensations! In search of the perfect post-dinner treat, we stumbled upon this charming ice cream parlor. The cozy ambiance welcomes you into a world of sweet indulgence, perfect for dessert aficionados.Their rolled ice cream is a masterpiece. The Thai Tea flavor envelops you in a warm, aromatic embrace of sweet spices and creamy goodness. The Apple Pie is a nostalgic trip, with the comforting aroma of baked apples and cinnamon mingling delightfully with the smooth ice cream. But it was the Earl Grey Lavender that stole our hearts. This flavor is more than just ice cream; it's a poetic blend of the soothing, floral fragrance of lavender with the distinct, comforting taste of Earl Grey. Each spoonful was a delicate, aromatic journey, leaving a memorable imprint on our taste buds. For anyone with a sweet tooth, this spot is a must-visit. Their rolled ice cream is not just a dessert; it's an exquisite experience that you'll cherish long after your visit.
