Food was good, ambiance good. Outdoor and indoor seating areas. Dogs allowed, after all, it's in North Park. Service was good. They have reduced prices on items not sold by (I think) 4:30 pm.

This was our first time trying this cafe and it was absolutely worth it! We came in and we took our time trying to figure out what to get ( I was worried we were taking too long) and Nicky and Armando were completely welcoming and super cool! Plus the coffee shop was so clean and we loved the whole place, just the ambiance was so amazing! I wish we would have taken pictures of our food because it looked so good, but as soon as I bit into it I was like okay this cafe is 100/10. The staff was amazing, the place was cool and CLEAN, last but not least the food looked great, came out before they said, and it was soooo good! We will definitely be coming back here regularly and my husband and I will definitely be telling people about this!

It lives up to the hype! I got the Farm House Breakfast sandwich and my partner got the Hot Potato, both of which were served on delicious bread and perfectly cooked. We also grabbed the fruit tart and a loaf of brioche to take to go. It's a cozy spot for a casual breakfast but be aware that seating is rather limited, even on a rainy day. They even offered to cut our loaf of bread up and packaged it to go for us which we really appreciated it. I had no idea there was another Blackmarket closer to where we lived and we'll be sure to be back!

black market bakery is a great go-to in the neighborhood. great pastries, sandwiches, and baked goods and usually they’re great about keeping items in stock unless someone comes in and buys out pastries, which can sometimes be a bummer for the rest of the neighborhood. the service here can be weird.i’ve met a handful of folks who are kind and warm, but more often than not in recent visits the team has turned pretty cold and transactional. been coming here intermittently for 2+ years and overall they deliver a pretty solid experience as a company from the consistency of their food and sometimes the counter service. i do wish there was something the company could do to address the flies in the summer as they do get pretty aggressive on the patio.

I ordered via UberEats. The lavender latte was ok, but the Farm House breakfast sandwich was not. I was expecting melty cheese and fluffy eggs with ham but as you can see in the picture everything was totally dry. The cheese was basically dried into the bun and the ham was hard. The egg was somewhat burnt too. I couldn’t finish it- definitely not worth the $13 it cost.

I love their happy hour and love their patio. Service is really hit and miss (some people ignore you for awhile or answer the phone during a transaction... it's happened more than once), But the super awkward thing that keeps reoccurring is the staff is not consistent about what is on the happy hour menu. I just came in and ordered a couple of brownies which have always been on the happy hour menu consistently, and the person behind the counter told me that they aren't. Another staff member said it's OK that they could do it for me, but he wouldn't. It's embarrassing to have them put something back in the Kace all of the staff have always told you it's available for happy hour. I fully respect whatever the business decides, but being able to offer clarity to customers would help me not order something and then have it put back. I love bringing home a sweet treat for my triplets, and having the late afternoon discount on baked goods makes it more accessible. We love their bread and buy it almost weekly, and I'd be so much happier if employees had a general consensus about pricing for all the items. My only other complaint is that at least three times, I've gotten home to realize they provided a totally wrong item.

This bakery is my new neighbor spot! They have a wide array of sweet treats as well as everyday breads. Their drinks menu is also a delight. I had some fabulous chocolate chip cookies this weekend. They have a laid back vibe perfect for getting work done or meeting with friends.

Best breakfast pastries in the North Park! Their ham and Swiss croissant as well as their Pain Suisse are so incredibly crispy and delicious. The coffee is a pass for me here but all the food items are wonderful.

Your cute neighborhood coffee shop! I ordered: MATCHA LATTE W/ OATMILK - It wasn't as "matcha-y" as I like but not the worse matcha. I usually like my matcha with sugar-free vanilla but they didn't carry any sugar-free options. They had lavender, chai, vanilla, and mocha I believe! CUSTOMER SERVICE / OVERALL EXPERIENCE - I need to come back to try their sandwiches because those sound amazing! The service was nice and quick but what stood out was the nice outdoor area. It was super relaxing!

One of my favorite places over the years. For the last couple of months and since the focus on their other locations however, there has been a consistent lack of bakery items available both weekdays and weekends by mid-morning. The cases are nearly empty. Someone needs to take a greater look at the operations of this location which has declined. Where is the manager? I've seen many customers, including myself, turn around and go elsewhere. Time to look internally at what's declining with your business operations.

Love the croissants and pastries. The cookies and bread and delicious as well. The patio is dog friendly.

Black Market is incredible! I recently placed a large order for pastries for my church and everything was great. Delilah, who helped me, was incredibly helpful and kind. She gave great recommendations (brioche cinnamon rolls, I mean, c'mon, you can't beat those). Everyone raved about how wonderful the pastries were all morning and asked where we got them from. Will 100% be coming back for more pastries! Great job!
