I visited this establishment with my family, on Tuesday, I specifically asked the waiter about redeeming the Tuesday free especia I had in my app and e-mail , waiter explained what we needed to order to redeem the special. When we got the check, they had charged one and discounted one, I then told the waiter the bal was incorrect, after some back and forth the manager came to the table, even with showing the manager our rewards on our app, they refused to honor the pricing, honestly, as a former manager myself, I believe there is some theft happening in this store! I was very disappointed, even more so that this Tuesday special is email to me every Tuesday and Thursday, this has bothered me so much, I will be reaching out to the BBB and attorney general, at this point, false promotions and advertising is happening in this store,

Stopped here for some wings on the way home. I went to the bar to get a soda and order the wings. The server was pleasant and took my drink order. When it arrived, there was mold on the inside bottom of the cup. I wish I would have noticed it before I drank some of it. I received another drink and then placed my wing order. 2 six piece wings, 2 different sauces and onion rings TO GO. So as I watched the game, my order came as an eat in order. I guess I should have gotten a clue when the server put napkins in front of me at the bar. I reminded them that the order was to go but I guess that didn’t make it back to the kitchen. ?. The wings on closer inspection once I arrived home were either too wet or too dry. The carrots were dry, the blue cheese was watered down, was too salty and had no blue cheese in it. The onion rings were ok except that they were cold because it took the server 10 minutes to check me out once I told them I wanted to check out. This place used to be solid, busy, the food was awesome but not anymore. There were hardly any people there, all the employees looked grimey and unkept. Not people I would want handling my food I’m sayin’. Please go to Pizza Hut for their wings, or really anywhere else but here.

The food here was ROUGH. We came on a Wingless BOGO night (thursdays) and got two 6-piece wingless orders for $11.49. Even at half off, I'm not sure it was worth the price. We chose Thai Curry and Bulleit Bourbon BBQ as flavors. Can't recommend either. The little chicken morsels were so small and sooo salty. The waiter was nice enough, but it took a while for both our order to be taken and for it to be delivered, considering the place was half empty and the chicken is premade, just tossed in sauce. Lots of TVs to enjoy but I'd go elsewhere because the food was such a miss.

The hostess refused to take me to the table until my family members arrived, even though I informed him that they were at the parking lot. Then, no one came to take the order while other groups arrived after and got served before us. After someone came and took the order, he left us waiting for 45 minutes or so, then came to confirm what we ordered and left again for another 15 minutes. Very unsatisfied ☹️

We ordered food with a side of fries, we got tots. Neither of us cared for tots, they said they wouldn't charge us for them, and they didn't, but never offered the fries. Then they bring out a huge serving of tots complimentary! Our food also took awhile.

Came on a Saturday night before a show at Pechanga arena. Wings came out fast and hot. The Garlic Parm Boneless wings didn't disappoint, drinks where strong. Service was fast and they accommodated our large party. We were in and out in time for our show. They definitely have lots seating and tons of TVs for sports. I'd definitely come back if I was in the area.

The service here was terrible my partner and I came and waited over an hour of your food. Mind you it was not busy at all. Barely any people. When we finally got our food the wings were cold like they had been sitting for an hour. I do not recommend anyone come here.

Placed an order on the BWW APP , a simple chicken wrap and 3 pcs tender and it took approximately 1 hour , Wednesday evening not crowded at all , writing this review while waiting and it's already passing an hour .

Popped into catch some Sunday football since I knew they would have plenty of TV's. Bartender was friendly, beer was cold, and the food was hot and cooked as expected. The manager was present and grabbed empty glasses and helped as needed. There were people there, but not crowded.
