The service is great, the food is delicious, it's a family run place and the employees are friendly. What more could you ask for in a Restaurant? I got the Tom ka soup with veggie's and cashew nut chicken spice level 8 and yes it is spicy and if you can palette it great, if not drop to a 5 and see if you can hang. Enjoy!

Great choice of dishes and quality of food. I've only done take out but the staff has always been friendly when I place my order and pick up my food. Be aware though that most of the dishes will have some level of spice in it even if you request "not spicy". I personally love every dish that I've tried here but my kids will not eat anything because of the slight spiciness.

Well what is there to say, we were there about 45 minutes before closing time published on Yelp and I'm the store. They said they are closed and that we could only do a take out. The food we got was not flavorful and we did feel bummed. Not sure if we will go there again anytime soon.

Worst Thai food and staff ever. Worst customer service. Ordered 6/10 and this stupid chef puts a kilo of chill powder on fried rice. I could feel the powder in my mouth. When I called to see if they can remake it something they were like that's a 6 here. Chilli spice and chilli powder has difference when you make food spicy, learn stupid chef

I don't know what the other bad reviews are saying but I consistently order the Tom Kha and the Larb and they are great... honestly, I'm not too afraid to travel for good food (not saying I wish I didn't have more options around me) but I would still choose this place if distance wasn't a factor.. I've had good experiences here

We got the green curry and the pangyang curry, they were both great but we liked the green curry more. Their avocado tempura was great and sizeable appetizer for 2 people.

Very nice staff and some of the best food I’ve ever had! I got the orange chicken and also got to try some of the fried rice! Both of these dishes are some of the best I’ve ever had! A little pricy though. Will be back!

Really delicious Thai food! Portions are generous and there is a large variety of dishes to choose from. Recommend the Mango Garlic Chicken, the Pad See Ew, and the Larb. So tasty and you can specify the heat/spice level on each dish!

The food was average and they definitely need to work on their operations. I ordered on a Friday night around and they said the wait would be 30minutes. After arriving, I waited another 20 minutes! We were comped a Thai iced coffee which was quite good - better than the pineapple fried rice or pad see ew that we paid for. We went another night and the stressed-out waitress seemed to have forgotten about us after seating our group. I was going to order out instead but the gentleman ahead of was told 20 minutes and I wasn't optimistic. Might give this place one more try since they seem to be getting a lot of take out orders...

My family and I have been eating here for years and it is my favorite place to get pad thai! The food is always excellent and the service friendly and expedient. Can't recommend enough!

The pad Thai is delicious, so is the spicy Thai rice. My husband loves the cashew chicken! I love the eggplant basil! Anything really you can't go wrong. It's our to go Thai place! Always fresh, always delicious. It can run a little spicy so always go a number to 2 down from what spice level you think you want!

My first time at Charm Thai and I ordered a spicy fried rice and pad kee mao. The fried rice was really salty but the pad kee mao was really good. The service was great!

I'm a long time customer of Charm Thai, and after my last experience I won't be ordering from here ever again.I called to place a pickup order at 9:04pm, and the lady I spoke with on the phone said they stop accepting pickup orders at 9pm. It's 4 minutes after 9, not 10, not 15. FOUR. Absolutely absurd. Oh and by the way, the hours on your Yelp page say you close at 9:30pm, not 9. Maybe you should update that... Also, another great suggestion: Put that you stop accepting pickup orders at 9pm ON YOUR WEBSITE.Great food, but terrible customer service. I won't be spending another penny here.
