Very cute place. Food is either a bit too sour or too sweet, but not bad at all. Chicken wings are crispy. Atmosphere is nice, but customer service is not the best.

We ordered a quick lunch to-go of Papaya salad (be careful on the spice level you choose, they use real Thai chilis and very authentic spice level) and fresh spring rolls. This place is AMAZING! Not only did they cling wrap our order so the liquid doesn’t spill in our bag which was a great touch - the portions are ACTUALLY worth the price!!! Amazingly fresh and definitely will drive from Mission Valley again!!

Cozy small place to enjoy tasty Thai food. Soups are delicious. Get them mid level spicy to enjoy at the fullest.Service is good but they are busy and in a hurry, make sure they get your order right, but even if they don't, they will for sure bring something fantastic!Skip the appetizers and go directly for some authentic noodles, curry or fish.

I had shrimp pad Thai with Thai tea. The portion was a good size and the price was fair but the food was nothing special. The service wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. Same with the atmosphere.

So glad a co-worker recommended this restaurant to me. We used to love and frequent another Thai restaurant in the PQ area. The quality and customer service went downhill at said restaurant and we went hunting for another Thai restaurant. Tried a few and never was satisfied with the food taste. We love Thai food but stopped eating it for over a year. Cue in co-worker with good food recs and we tried Charm last week for lunch. Food was amazing, portions so generous, great lunch specials and the servers… I love restaurants with great servers. It’s like the servers were always one step ahead and brought things out to us without us having to ask. Brought out extra plates because they knew I would probably share some of my food with my preschooler, asked if we needed take-out boxes, offered a take out cup for my Thai tea (I only had a sip left!). Friendly, courteous and on top of their game. My husband even asked if I wanted take-out two nights later because he loves it just as much as I did. Thankful we have found a Thai restaurant to frequent again.

Everything is delicious, and we order at least once a week. Food is somewhat pricy for portion size if you get takeout but other than that everything is wonderful. Great service and food!

Pad Thai was decent and I liked that they peeled off shrimp shells completely in Pad Thai. It could have some more citrus flavors though. Overall I'm content with it but I would try a different menu next time.

The See-Ew noodles were decent but the mock duck was sour?? It shouldn’t be sour if it’s trying to imitate roast duck! Their yellow curry was pretty good.

Food is just okay. The presentation is great though. It's fairly clean with friendly and attentive staff. I had shrimp fried rice, mango chicken and some curry dish. They were overall just okay, not worth the price.
