Christina is the one who makes this location awesome- I've come in on my lunch break when the line is out the door and then she will take over and be through the entire line in no time while answering questions and helping out co-workers. No relation here, just appreciative of the work ethic. Other than that, location is pretty clean and the food is fresh.

Finally a decent chipotle , I've gone to a few before that are horrible and this place does it right. Monica helped me out and made me an amazing burrito wrapped correctly and was very polite. I appreciate the hard work guys thank you

Typical fast food restaurant. Nice taste and the prices are reasonable. Good one if you are hungry and just want to grab something and eat.

Do not order from here via door dash or uber eats. They are 100% incorrect with order fulfillment. EVERY TIME. I'm finally settling on insisting the fam choose another dinner choice. We just got three meals that were missing OVER HALF of the items ordered. So we tried calling the store. They don't answer. But they will continually hang up on you. Save your money for a restaurant that cares about the basics like getting orders right.

Honestly it’s such a nice place. This specific location has been improved. I still remember when many people on Twitter would complain about some locations but they did such a good job in upgrading it. They put a lot of effort and I honestly respect that. I’ve always loved the food but now I love it 10x more =)

only giving two stars because at least it's edible and tastes good. i don't get why i continue to come back to this location but i did it again, every single time i preorder or have it delivered my burrito bowl is literally so small like half a scoop of everything. y'all deadass forgot two bags of chips like it's chips all u have to do is turn around grab the bag and put it in the bigger bag. i had no utensils, napkins, or chips leaving me unable to eat this sht. literally like 5 pieces of lettuce fr. please find better workers

It's middle of the day and store is out of lettuce. Staff is very rude to respond. This is review is for the management and staff ..not for the food .
This Chipotle is usually my go-to for a quick chicken burrito. I've always had a good experience at this specific Chipotle, so this isn't a bad bet if you need something fast. The place isn't busy all that much, and the staff is nice. Recommended.

Incredibly rude employee we went at 8:30 and they basically had no food left even they close in an hour. Were super skimpy on there portions. Worst experience.

Food is fresh and fast. Employees handling food are friendly and clean. The counter to check out was filthy. I let her know there are little spills all over the counter, she only said "oh yeah we need to wipe it down..." *no action taken* No line on a Sunday afternoon. Outside tables were all dirty so I sat in front of Subway. Trash bins outside and inside all full too. Only people who looked like they were doing anything was the cooks and food employees but the other girl who rang me up was wondering aimlessly. When not doing anything y'all better be cleaning and then if it's spotless inside and out for your next employees working and no customers go home

DO NOT go to this location on big promotion days unless you have an hour to kill! An hour wait for a $5 Boorito! I've gone to this location twice on days with big promotions. Both days the restaurant was full of folks waiting for their order. Most looked to be students of the nearby UCSD. No signage explaining the delays, so everyone coming in crowds to the To Go Orders shelving to look for their order. Every ten minutes or so, the clerk preparing the orders would announce about the status, but very hard to hear. So next big promo day I will drive a few minutes further to try another Chipotle.

I have seen a few bad reviews for this Chipotle and I have been to some that are bad. My experience with this location was one of my best! The manager was working just as hard as the workers. It was during the lunch rush and they had the assembly line routine down great. My burrito came out just the way I like it. No skimping on any toppings. Exactly what I would expect!
