Tracking down new coffee venues daily between the hotel and the conference center. This one was earmarked and did not disappoint. Got the Viennese and loved it with probably the largest croissant I've seen/had in a long time. Owner was friendly and prompt. Waiting on tables between customers. Could've done without the AC Hotel construction project across the street, but that's out of this places control. Otherwise outdoor seating in SD.....duh.

This great little cafe was close to our Airbnb, and it's a must-visit for a quick breakfast! Every ingredient was very present and fresh in the açaí bowl, and the dirty chai is everything and then some! Here, it's made from powder instead of the typical sugary concentrate. Nice, little neighborhood cafe with a great vibe. Açaí bowls are refreshing and awesome. The coffee is okay. Very friendly, engaging staff. Good spot to people watch from a table outside, or inside when the windows are open.
