Waitress was very nice and attentive, quality of food was poor and missing ingredients in BLT sandwich. Overall experience 3 stars. They did practice social distancing inside restaurant

In this COVID-19 environment, try his iHop has made heroic efforts to accommodate guests in outdoor cabanas (awnings) which means staff must walk to and from the other side of the parking lot to provide services. Daniella was our Server, and her patience and perseverance was legendary. It's your typical iHop. They converted part of their parking lot into outdoor seating. We had a tent over us to provide some shade. Our server was great and the food come out fast!My friends ordered a variety of things...mostly large plates. I ordered a Strawberry Milkshake and a Belgian Waffle with strawberries. Only downside was you could tell the strawberries that came on the waffle were frozen because they were ice-cold. Ugh.
