I arrived at this place in the afternoon and ordered an order. I liked it but it was expensive and the prices were high and the orders were small.

My experience at this location was overall unpleasant. Was planning to dine in after long hours of travel but after walking in we quickly changed our minds of dinning in. We should have just left but my family and I just wanted something to eat.Unfortunately, I didn't capture any pictures to show the state of this place. From the outside to the inside this place was not being kept cleaned or showing any intention of someone attending the dinning area or any other area. Outside; trash bin were overflowing of trash. All the indoor sitting area were dirty. Restrooms were out of toilet covers and toilet paper. One stall did have a toilet roll with blood spots. The cashier was very rude and obviously irritated slamming the register closed, giving attitude and just plain rude to say the least. Didn't catch his name his appearance was slim, light complexión and with long hair. Whether he was having a bad day or not he didn't make the place any more enjoyable. Food took about 30min to get out, fries were salty. Would not recommend this location nor will I be returning you are better off driving to another location or just to McDonald's.

Given this location a few tries since it's close to work, and it consistently sucks. Long waits and they'll ask you to pull into a parking lot spot (I assume to cheat on their drive thru time reports). Today I waited over ten minutes for a Jr. Jumbo Jack with extra pickles. The photo says it all...avoid this location.

The manager was rude. The cashier was nice and had good customer service. They missed items on my order that were ordered through the app. Told her that I was missing a drink, and she rolled her eyes and gave me attitude. Had to go back a second time because they did not give me one order of fries. And I had to go back again for napkins. Didn't give me utensils for the loaded tiny tacos. The utensils were also added in the order. That manager needs to take a recourse of good customer service. First time there and will be the last time.
