I love these mom and pop shop. Always on point. Owners are very nice. We come here to pick up a handful of bahn boa at least once a week. This placed looks like they're always close but they are open, sometimes they are in the back baking so ring the door bell. Come early (they sell out fast) and bring cash! They are reasonably priced so you don't need a ton of cash but if you wanna try all the goodies this place has to offer bring your money.
I've loved these bakery goods for a long long time! They're super fun to eat and I love that's it's a small joint with amazing things. It's old school, Highly recommend coming here! Come early!
This place a hidden gem for Asian sweets. I always see their sweet at Asian markets around San Diego since they delivery to the stores bright and early. They have ranges or bread (Patango and sesame round sweet bread) banh Bao (steamed pork buns) and a variety of Banh Bo (Vietnamese "cow" cake) I know how why it's names after a cow but it's actually a sweet pandan extract and coconut milk cake.
