This no-frills restaurant knows how to cook their food! Both the crispy egg noodle dish and the Mongolian beef dish were just cooked to perfection. The portion was so generous that one dish could’ve fed two people. The complimentary soup was so good the meat just fell off the bone.

The food were not too salty and seasoned very well, the beef so tender, the gailan crispy, tofu and the noodle were so flavorful while remaining its crisp. They didn’t taste like old oil.

I was also impressed by the chef’s knife skills! All the veggies were sliced in perfect thickness, all even. Even the jalapeños in vinegar were sliced so well ?

The restaurant felt clean and every bite of the food was so indulging. We would go back again and again!

Went in trying to recover from an insane hangover, and I felt like I gained an entire new life! The broth they have made my eyes roll back from how amazing it tasted! I got the steak and meatballs soup, my friend had the tofu option. Both were amazing! You can’t go here and not get salt and pepper wings! They were so hot and crunchy!!! The eggrolls were just as hot and amazing.

Ly Heng offers a memorable dining experience with their standout Phnom Penh dry noodles, featuring a perfect balance of savory minced pork, tender slices of liver, and springy noodles, all complemented by a fragrant broth served on the side. The freshness of the ingredients and the expertly crafted flavors make this dish a true delight. Their beef satay noodles are equally impressive, with tender beef slices marinated in a rich, spicy satay sauce that pairs wonderfully with the chewy noodles. The dish's complexity and depth of flavor are enhanced by the addition of fresh herbs and crunchy peanuts. Overall, Ly Heng excels in delivering authentic Cambodian flavors that leave a lasting impression.

This place was great. Ordered the fired calamari, seafood noddles, and wonton soup. The wonton soup was light and flavorful. The seafood noodles come in a big portion (enough to feed 3), reasonably priced, and flavors were delicious. The fried calamari was not greasy, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. My son doesn’t eat fried calamari, but this day, he did and enjoyed them. People serving food were so nice. I will definitely go here again because of the quality of food.

Love this mom and pop noodle spot. Owner / chef always got a smile on and comes out to ask how is everything. I always get the phnom penh noodles dry style. Absolutely love the pork bone soup you get on the side. This spot is definitely a hidden gem with an at home feeling. Service may be slow when its busy but you got to appreciate their hustle for only 2 people working!

I love the food from Ly Heng, they are unique in lot of way (cooking method, flavor, the soup), when you order an item, the item will come look exactly same as the menu, very appetizing. Both chicken wing and calamari appetizer are flavorful with right amount of garlic and pepper to boost the aroma. Then come to the best part, the bone soup. When you order ride dish, usually it will come with a bowl of pork bone soup, the meat are very tender and tasty, the soup have good amount of fish sauce to help on the umami side.Every rice dish is huge, but Hainan chicken and combination fried rice are my favorite by far.
