I placed an online order here and arrived shortly after the order was placed. I went to ask the lady working behind the counter if she could check for my order. She acted very annoyed with me and told me that my order had just gone through and it was set to be ready at 12:01 (15 minutes later). I told her I'd wait and she rolled her eyes. At 12:05 I approached her again asking and she rolled her eyes again and said something to a gentleman and then she put a sandwich in a bag and thew it at me. I've never felt like such a burden as a customer. I guess kindness isn't taught anymore as part of customer service. Such a shame because the sandwiches were decent.

I had the mango salad with chicken. It had a wide variety of lettuces giving it nice texture and flavor. We had a side of the consistently tasty curried couscous. The atmosphere with its turf and play area was nice for families, especially those with young children and those like us with our Collie and Golden Retriever in tow. The service was efficient but not intrusive. We opted to eat outside there.

Omg this restaurant is amazing, the sandwiches my husband and I had was the best we ever had, I had the Summer BLT on a sesame roll was so amazing. Best of all the gentalmen that helped us was Dustin and he was 100% the nicest person. He was so helpful, kind and all around great guy. We will be back. Thank you Dustin! Dorothy & Gary

I just had a fantastic experience at this Mendocino Farms. It was my first time, and I was a bit overwhelmed by their big menu. I had the opportunity to have Diego as the manager who helped me today. I highly recommend the Farm Club sandwich as it's absolutely delicious and feels like a super healthy choice. The restaurant was also clean and I loved the big cow! I plan on definitely coming back and bringing my friends next time with me!
