Service was great, as well as the food. We are an early lunch, I would recommend this place if you like Mexican food.

3pm - close Monday happy hour is awesome. All the apps are delicious, especially the flautas, and the drinks are pretty decent. Service takes a bit long, since the restaurant seems short servers, but they are very friendly.

We decided to come over to Point Loma today for lunch.Arrived at noon and was greeted by a very bubbly Claudia. It was not very busy which we really appreciated as we were able to sit out on the patio without a crowd. We ordered a chicken and beef tostada along with a very tasty lemonade, Ginger mint drink. The tostadas were good but less iceberg lettuce and more beans please next time.Service was quick and efficient. We really enjoyed the crispy chips with the warm nacho sauce and salsa.

My friend recommended Miguel's and said his family loves the place. So, I had high expectations from the jump. Wow - no disappointment. The food is amazing, although you may have to wait to get a table. I'd say it's worth it though. Ordered a ground beef chiimichanga. Amazing!

Went on a Monday and realized it was their happy hour $5 Monday ..great food.. Their ultimate margarita was great. The manager was a pleasant lady who took our initial order.. was probably making up for the lack of servers

I feel like they were understaffed tonight and usually do better than this. Food was a bit cold, service was so slow we waited 15 minutes for our water. But again I think we just caught them on an off night, so three stars

Outstanding food and service...wide variety of seafood taco choices, and a outstanding cocktail menu. Nice vibe around the area!!

My favorite go-to place for Mexican food and drinks. Excellent menu, traditional and special house dishes. I will be going back.

I had a hankering for fish tacos so stopped in here for lunch. There was a bit of a wait, maybe 20 minutes, but they text you when ready, so you can walk around a bit. There was a neat nautical themed book and gift store near by. The restaurant is great with a cool second story outdoor dining area. The fish tacos were awesome and just what I needed!

We just love Miguel's at any location never a miss on yummyness..... we have been dining at Miguel's for a very long time. The service is always spot on, wait staff helpful, drinks are good, area clean.... we dined at the Shelter Island location only had a 10 minute wait, service was quick, food came to our table hot... plenty of parking on Sunday as you can use the banks parking area and only a few minutes to restaurant... no complaints from anyone who dined with us. Next time you're out on Shelter Island stop in...

I went to on Vacation and was able to fly through an airline with an expired ID since there is a 60 extension on all expired licenses, but this restaurant said my ID was not valid and would not serve me alcohol even if in 27 years old. I also just asked for water since I wouldn't be seved alcohol and thet never re filled my cup. Pretty ridiculous and terrible customer service. Never eating here again.

I love the atmosphere here and the Fajitas! The wait staff have been pretty good here although those are the ones I've had so I cannot speak for others. The fajitas are thick cuts and we'll seasoned. The churro dessert was really good too. The margaritas weren't bad and recommended for those looking for a cool spirit. They get pretty busy so plan ahead. Oh and the parking lot is small as heck so again plan ahead. Lastly, I downed all the free chips and cheese sauce that came with salsa too.
