I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE MOCOZY AGAIN.I went to this establishment today onApril 21, 2024 at 2 :15 pm for a dine- in along with a friend. I ordered a simple chicken entree. Rice, chicken with 2 fried shrimp items. THE SERVER BRINGS OVER MY FOOD AND IT'S ICE COLD LITERALLY. 30 minutes of waiting, and i get COLD FOOD. THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED WAS ON MARCH 24, 2024, SAME ORDER ICE COLD. ON A TO-GO ORDER. RATHER THAN COMPLAIN, I WANTED TO GIVE THEM A 2ND CHANCE. MISTAKES HAPPEN. I EXPLAINED TO THE SERVER TENDING THE REGISTER ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED THE FIRST TIME. I LIVE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD JUST 5 MINUTES AWAY. I ASKED TO BE COMPENSATED. THE MEAL WAS $21.55. WHICH IS NOT CHEAP. I MEAN EVERYTHING WAS ICE COLD AS IF THEY TOOK IT OUT OF A REFRIGERATOR TO SELL IT. THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND JUST BAD BUSINESS. THEIR MANAGER WHEN THE SERVER CALLED TO EXPLAIN THE INCIDENT OFFERED A FREE SODA SERIOUSLY??? THEN ASKED ME FOR A PICTURE OF MY CREDIT CARD???!! I'M NOT DOING THAT! NO! WHY? NEVER DID GET AN ANSWER. THIS IS EXACTLY HOW RESTAURANTS LOSE BUSINESS AND EVENTUALLY GO OUT OF BUSINESS. A DELAYED APOLOGY AFTER THEIR SERVER TOUCHED THE FOOD HIMSELF TO FIND OUT IT WAS COLD. THE COOK APPARENTLY BACK THERE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO PREPARE THE MEALS. GET ANOTHER COOK. I CAN SEE ONCE BUT TWICE. UNACCEPTABLE. I COMPLETELY LOST MY APPETITE BECAUSE MY MEAL WAS RUINED...TWICE. THE MANAGER WASN'T CONCERNED AT ALL ABOUT THE SITUATION THAT HAPPENED. FROM ZERO TO 10 ...THIS IS A ZERO.

Just had a quick meals with my boss. OMG, I didn't expect too much but I was very surprised and overwhelmed by the quality of the dishes and taste. By the way, great services comes in no charge. Must visit place if uou are in San Diego.

Ordered the salmon poke bowl it is expensive paid about 20 dollars for a small portion sized poke with a bit of salad, too much sweet sauce and the worst is that some salmon pieces were semi frozen!!! Never

Food was really good, but a little on the pricy side of what I expected. I had the spicy chicken rice bowl and it was great. I got a Matcha iced blend as well and it was perfect match for San Diego's weather. The service was good, the wait for the food/drink was reasonable, and I dig the music they had playing. Overall, pretty good experience.
