The pho was good. I judge on broth and it was tasty but not the best in San Diego. However the atmosphere and the service sucks. It seemed like the front end staff didn't care. I put my empty glass on the edge of the table for refill and they never came by. Oh well. They are better choices but this place will do Ina pinch. I only tried it because Pho Cow Cali was packed.

Came in and got seated at the front. I asked if I can move to a better table. Young waitress looks like she just woke up gave me an attitude. I moved to a new table. She ignored me and took order from customer that came in after me. I stood up and walk out. I’m Vietnamese and that’s how they treat their own so….HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

Food was alright. They have good variety selection. Pho was on the saltier side. The smoothie was very sweet, tasted artificial. They did remake it, which made the sweetness more bearable.
Customer service was non existent. All three staff were looking at one phone at the reception the entire time. We had to call them loudly to get their attention. The staff was not friendly to talk to.
Atmosphere: This restaurant is very cold, the AC was turn up way up.
You have to scan a QR code to order via their online platform. When ordering, you have to select how much you will be tipping from the beginning, as there is not an option to change the tip amount when you ask for the bill towards the end. We left a good tip from the start, but customer service was still non existent.
Their menu are on the pricier side.
Won't be going back

We arrived at 0910, the guy was working there but he didn't care to get customers for the business. We stood at the door for a few minutes to get his attention then he angrily sent us to a table. He didn't bother to bring us menus. This place is bad. Don't eat here. We were waiting for a good 5 minutes before took off for Pho Cow Cali which is better in any category.

Second time here and the place was packed! QR code ordering makes the process easier and the food arrived in a timely manner. The Banh xeo crepe was crispy, tasty and very large. It is accompanied by a generous stack of fresh lettuce leaves, perilla leaves, and mint. The marinated pork was a little underseasoned but thankfully not overly salty. My kids enjoyed their pho but my son’s dac biet bowl only had a few small pieces of tendon. The dining room is a bit stuffy and a little untidy but even with the electronic ordering, there were still some staff members walking around to assist with requests.

First time at the restaurant and orders take out. The server was not very patient and said it will be 45min at least. After 45min I returned and was informed that there was an item unavailable and would refund it to my card. After scanning my card, no receipt was offered or even asked if I wanted a receipt. The entire transaction left me very worried TIt was a scam. Will never go to the restaurant again.

Where do I start? First, when we walked into the restaurant, the receptionist didn't even acknowledge us and kept chatting with the other servers until we practically had to greet them to get noticed. It set a rather unwelcoming tone right from the beginning.Moving on to the food, it seems the quality has significantly declined over the years. The pho, which I used to enjoy, was incredibly bland. I had to add an excessive amount of salt and hoisin sauce just to make it edible, otherwise it's not any different than noodles in a bowl of boiling water. Lastly, the service continued to disappoint when our food arrived. We had to request every single piece of silverware and sharing plates ourselves because the servers were too busy chatting among themselves. It felt like a total disregard for customer service.Overall, this visit was deeply unsatisfactory on multiple levels, indicating a significant drop in both food quality and customer service standards day by day.
