We ordered a to go order that consisted of a hotdog and kids burger. Wait wasn't too long and the staff was friendly. My daughter thought the burger was good. My hotdog was underwhelming. It was supposed to consist of a bacon wrapped dog topped with pico, mayo, and jalapeño. They forgot the mayo. Oh well. Filled us up but I wouldn't return.

Definitely gonna say, immediately- the scenery and locale of this place attributes a great deal to the satisfaction of eating here. The Naval scenery, as well as the smell of the ocean, the warm sun - pretty conducive for great vibes. Service was immaculate, quite fast, extremely polite, the cashier even gave me a few recommendations since it was my first time there! Ended up getting one of their double bacon cheeseburgers and a brew. One thing to note, they DO make these burgers to order and sometimes that means you're going to wait a bit. I waited about 10-12 minutes, but the burgers freshness absolutely reflected that. The burger itself has less seasoning than I would like, its a little bland (I also like salt, a lot) - but the other components like the lettuce, tomato, the bun, bacon, cheese. FRESH. Absolutely saved the overall burger itself, and I'm a harsh critic when it comes to burgers. Pricing was very good too! Surprising, especially for San Diego - if you bring your family here, you'll find a lot of options that dont cost an arm or a leg. I'll definitely drop by again to check out their other offerings!

Maria at the San Diego burger really surprised me with an amazingly tasty burger today. The bun was fresh soft and moist the all beef paddy was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly the fresh crispy lettuce along with the juicy tomato and just the right amount of onions just makes a perfect burger. Definitely coming again

The trolley driver mentioned something about hot dogs and pointed toward the food court as he dropped us off at the Seaport Village stop. Well, I'll be darned, doesn't a hot dog sound pretty good right about now? I cheerfully wandered in the direction he pointed and found it. Even though they are named after hamburgers, they had other menu items, including the beloved hot dog that I was after. Service was friendly and quick and the outdoor seating area was comfortable and inviting. And that hot dog? It was fabulous!

Had the Avocado Bacon Burger and thoroughly enjoyed! Fries were just okay. The location of this spot really brings this place to 5 stars. We enjoyed burgers with the a great view looking over the bay!

Completely messed up our order and the cashier didn't even seem to care. Accused me of stealing. Will not be returning to this resturant. There are plenty of other resturants at Seaport Village.

They use very old and used oil and last time when I told them that they gave me a wrong order they said ok deal with it, very greasy bad burger

It not bad but not great, average at best. A sign at the kiosk advertised ostrich burger but I it was not on the menu. The service was very good but the outdoor waiting area did not have much atmosphere. The area itself is touristy but in a good way so the prices will be a bit higher though not gouging.

First time here. Ordered cheeseburger combo. Steep price of $17.95 for walkup service. Young boy working register doesn’t know how to multitask as the cook would ring the bell to indicate food is ready. The boy (looks, talks like a little boy) at counter decides to waits for customers to figure out the cashless payment system, at that time, he could’ve easily turned around and get food to front counter…taking less than a couple of seconds. Lazy. Hamburger was not bad, fries extra crunchy. Wouldn’t spend $18 again, but wasn’t bad for my needs at the time.

Not busy at all on a beautiful Wednesday evening. Had the place to myself. I enjoyed the burger. I asked the order taker if she preferred the fries or the onion rings and she says why not get both. That I did and it was a great choice.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice open area with low tables.

The food was great! Although our food came out pretty quick, the attitude and customer service just wasn’t there which was a bummer. Also our side that we payed 7$ came half empty:(
