Food here was just ok. I have been to the shake shack in other cities and I love it but here the chicken sandwich tasted like the grease was dirty or perhaps they fried the chicken with something else that altered the taste. Customer service was good and fast.

Staff is always outstanding; always smiling, friendly and helpful. More than just a "hamburger joint", their burgers are anything but generic. They're how I wish In N Outs were. Lots of flavor, stacked, fries are ridiculously good, chicken items are fantastic also, and their custards and shakes are insane, in my opinion. Love them. Great staff, great food and great environment. A bit pricey, but fantastic all the way around.

It’s been a while since I went there for the last time and I must say I’m impressed. Great burger and cheese fries. I’m obsessed with their non-dairy chocolate shake. But I’m actually leaving this review to mention the amazing work Claire is doing. Her vibe is fantastic, always smiling, talking and interacting with the customers, checking at all tables and making sure everyone is happy and enjoying. It called our attention how good she is with people. She needs to be appreciated! Great staff overall.

I've had some good quality stuff here, but it's very hit or miss. I bet they just have employees who don't care about the food sometimes.Third time in a row there was some major problem with my burger. Once they barely cut up the scallions so it was so crunchy and thick and gross, this past time it was literally freezing cold and soggy as all hell. Super gross, yeesh.
Hamburger is too salty. Fries are bland. Chocolate shake has too much chocolate syrup.

If I'm here in the area surrounded by weird web of roads and freeway crossroads, I know the directions to shack shake. Looks like a direction puzzle to keep solving to avoid memory loss. Parking is a tough call. Good luck. Usually I never have hard time. Enjoy while your visit to the area lasts!

yes, I’m always gonna give shake shack an excellent five star review because the food is awesome it’s great and whenever I have an opportunity to eat shake shack, I will go all in especially that I’m more of a vegetarian and I did order the they’re awesome veggie shack. This is a mission valley and it’s a very nice beautiful scenic area. I wish you could see the view from my perspective.Vegetarian options: they have two options the veggie shack burger and the shrew burger both $8.89. I got mines with a wrap but you can get it with all the fixings and trimmings.
