One of my go to spots in San Diego. Every time I've been the food is always great and I find myself craving it when I haven't been. Highly recommend the eggplant with garlic sauce, probably the best eggplant I've had. The service is always quick and they staff is super friendly, the ordering is also self-service online vía a QR code which is convenient and easy to use. Overall 10/10 would absolutely recommend and will be back!

I found the biang biang noodles and hand-pulled noodles at this place to be quite satisfying - I even returned a couple of times just for them. The jujube hot soy milk was also a favorite of mine. The ambiance is casual and nothing out of the ordinary, but be warned: dinner times on weekends can get busy, and parking in the plaza can be a challenge. However, I did encounter some ordering issues. On my first visit, I was advised to swap the cumin lamb with cumin beef, but on a subsequent visit, I was told it wasn't allowed. Additionally, there was a mix-up when I didn't specify "cumin" beef and ended up with boiled beef, which wasn't to my liking. Despite these hiccups, the prices are reasonable and the flavors are on point, so I'll definitely be back for more.

Was excited to eat here. Was sat down quickly and was given water and a menu pretty quickly. How ever trying to order was the problem. Was waiting for exactly 30 minutes menus closed waiting for someone to come take our order. I saw it was a bit busy so I understood but once 2 couples came in and sat down after us and ordered right away and was treated differently I had enough and walked out. The fact that they served other people before my brother and I made it seem like they didnt care for us being there. Will not return. This is about my 2nd or 3rd bad review ever and sadly this is one of them.

The food was alright depending on what you order.What I we liked:1) cumin lamb biang biang noodles2) spicy chicken noodles (big portion) - I found it to be ok but our friend liked it. It’s a heavy chicken flavored soy sauce mix.What I would skip:1) general tso chicken - our friend wanted to order it and it simply sweet gu Lao Rou using chicken which simply wasn’t good2) Cold lian pi noodle - I liked where the idea was going with nutty spicy Sichuan flavor but it was more sour and missed flavor, also didn’t like the texture of the Liang pi noodle. Definitely go with the warm biang biang ones3) eggplants - people wrote a lot about the eggplants. It’s good but not wow. Would skip it next time.Overall for a Sichuan place everything missed flavor, spiciness and numbness. For me a 3.5 stars overall. I’d consider coming back for the spicy cumin noodles which was also maybe a 8/10 max.

Came back for dinner and got our favorite spicy biang biang noodles, green beans with eggplant, and beef scallion stir fry. The food is delicious, really nice flavors and spices. Service is prompt and friendly. Very very happy with our dinner, thank you so much!!!

This place absolutely slaps. We ordered a fine array of their dishes. The hot and sour dumplings were delicious. The green beans - perfectly seasoned and garlicky. The cumin lamb biang-biang noodles was the star of the show though. The noodles were immaculate and dish spicy.But most importantly, the service was next level. Our waiter was so so kind and the dishes were out quickly. We sat down as a table four on a Saturday night at 8:30 and the restaurant was packed. Highly highly recommended.
