0 stars rude customer service... lady made a face when i was ordering (like if she doesn't work at starbucks where there are all kinds of coffees anyway i'm waiting and the guy said "caramel sauce is overhyped, it's not that good" mind you the 2 drinks i ordered had extra Carmel sauce like okay? that's why i am drinking it .. then a lady comes around i'm guessing she works in target... and the rude lady who took my order says to her "i hate customer service i get anxiety" like you've got to be kidding you work at starbucks get used to it, anxiety isn't an excuse to be rude to people and make faces about a drink they are ordering. don't waste your $$ on terrible service, both drinks were also made slightly wrong however i didn't want to complain.

I didn't get the name of the 2 baristas but they were just the nicest and friendliest baristas I've encountered... I usually just order ahead all the time but they don't have that option in this SB. As I was waiting for my drink, I had a small talk with one of the baristas and she was just happy to answer all my questions. They weren't too busy either in this location idk if it was because it was still early. My drink was customized and was delicious and the double smoked bacon gouda sandwich I ordered was really good and tasted fresh.

This review is for the awesome barista in the starbucks target, his name is Matt. He was so funny and very nice, especially so early in the morning. Definitely perked (pun intended) my morning up. He deserves a raise for making people happy. Thanks Matt!

Awful. This place is a disgrace and completely takes advantage of pricing. They dont have a "dirty chai" drink, which is pretty standard these days. Instead, they charge you for a chai and then $1 for each shot of espresso! A grande ends up being over $7!! Lets put things back into perspective - this is coffee!!! Over $7 for a medium coffee?? Absurd. I stopped going to Starbucks befor and I will be doing the same again. Hello mom and pops! We should all be doing this anyway, as Starbucks corp is known to donate money to the Israeli "defense" forces - a pro-apartheid group and regime.

I asked for the matcha pineapple and I got a green tea frap. The girl did not look like she wanted to be there. She didn't even repeat my order if she would have I would have caught her mistake. I understand that it is Memorial Day and maybe you might not want to be working but at least repeat the order so I can get what I wanted. I was excited to try the new drink I’m extremely disappointed with the service the drink is fine it’s matcha I enjoy matcha just was wanting to try something new.
