Fine location for tasty Sushi. Entered near ten, it was not crowded. I will be bringing family next time. Prices are reasonable I would say. They have so many reviews for a reason.

We have been coming here for a few years, mostly on special occasions like anniversaries and birthdays. During these occasions we typically get the omakase with chef Rob. He has been very creative on occasions, but almost always we thoroughly enjoy his creations.
Fish was a little raw but great overall
Great food, SLLLOOWWW service. The sushi here is some of the best I’ve ever had. Huge variety of flavors - even sushi with vegetables like asparagus and green beans in it, or sushi with orange slices on it. Their lobster sushi was super buttery and delicious. Went there during lunch and the service was slow and awful. The food generally came out quickly but the waitress was almost non-existent unless we got up to get her, she took forever to get our bills, and we ended up being stuck there for two hours. Food was 5 stars, service was 2 stars.

Always the best! Rob, Jay, and Amber are awesome. My wife and I eat here 4-6 times a month. Good service, fair prices, and phenomenal food.
The prices have jumped since the last time I was here a few months ago. $13 for fried rice (with tax $14) can’t be justified. Won’t be returning unfortunately due to this.
This review is for the LaJolla branch, unfortunately it is currently closed. The sushi was amazing, calamari is beyond delicious. Disappointed that it’s closed but will definitely try this one next time we are in town. Picture for the LaJolla branch.
A fun little lunchtime experience with polite and accomodating service (and they even tweaked the roll-of-the-day for me; how thoughtful!).
