went thru the drive thru and Was told to go around front to pick up my order so the employees could scam the drive thru timer. had to park and come inside to collect my order and was not allowed to have my receipt even after asking for it. terrible experience during my lunch break.

Worst location. The kid taking my order didn’t even know what’s on their menu. I ordered a black bean Crunchwrap supreme and he tried to charge me extra for a beef Crunchwrap take out the beef and pay extra for the black beans which is not correct. I had to point out the item to the guy in the menu behind him and tell him there’s a vegetarian Crunchwrap. Also it’s typically free to sub beef for black beans not extra even if he was going to do it that way in the register. This guy needs to learn the menu better before working at the register. Also this place has given me the completely wrong order in the past a few times. It’s better to never come here so they can close this location down. Can’t believe these people are going to be making $20/hr. I make that much and I’m a researcher with a degree. How are people getting paid the same as me and they don’t know how to take someone’s order correctly. Pathetic.

Easily the worst Taco Bell around. Drive thru employees do not pay attention to orders. The quality and quantity of food provided does not match with Yum Brands policy for weights or distribution. There is no care taken by the members at this establishment to make the customer feel welcome or welcomed back. The quesadilla was poorly cut. The grilled nacho fries were a combined total of 7 fries with small plop of beef on the side.

Yeah, I'm done going to this location. There is a guy who has a paper towel inbetween his head piece and his ear. It seems as if he doesn't care about his job and the customer at all. I always recognize his voice through the radio as he is monotone and not helpful or welcoming at all. He doesnt ask what sizes for anything or even offer any sauces. He just rings you up and seems like he just wants you to just go.

Might be the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The food was horrible. Both items I ordered were cold and stale. Will not be going back!

First I'll say.. it's Taco Bell, so my expectations were not super high to begin with... But that being said, the food was fine (not great). The issue was that I waited 10 mins just to get helped and 20 mins to get my food. When I walked in there were 6 people waited for their food, and they all looked very upset. I think this Taco Bell/KFC needs a few more employees!

Had went to get take-out. Seems like their slow on getting orders out, but it's just me expecting them to be perfect every time. Food has always been fresh and decent for the prices.Parking: The parking lot is really small but, most of the traffic is foot or drive through. And it's only one side.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chairs or any wheeled thing can roll smoothly in the sideramp entrance.
