Gotta be one of the worst Taco Bell’s. The kind lady behind the counter told me that they are privately owned and not part of corporate. I never heard of such a thing before but it made sense everything was over priced. Taco Bell’s gives drinks to seniors for free, not here. I would recommend going to a local taco shop a few blocks down.

You literally get to the drive-through speaker and tell them just a moment and are looking at the menu for about five seconds and then they ask you again if you are now ready to order. Well only five seconds went by so no I’m not. So then literally another five seconds go by and she asks you again. I say no I need a little more time. Then she says we can come inside and order if we need help. Well, I’ve been at the drive-through speaker for about 15 seconds so no I don’t need help. I literally just need a few seconds to look at the menu. I think she thinks that she is clever by rushing people to make them go faster, but in all reality when you keep interrupting somebody’s concentration, then it just takes the person longer to order. All I needed was about 30 seconds of uninterrupted looking at the menu to decide what I needed. It definitely took me longer to figure out what I wanted then it normally does due to her rushing. Not sure why in the world she would think that would make someone decide faster. Maybe she doesn’t know any better or maybe she’s just rude. I don’t know….

I'm only allowed to pick food up for other people.I was told they would not take my personal order.I am hungry, I have money, but for some reason I'm not allowed to order my own food, only allowed to pick up other people's food.Solution, I went to another restaurant that doesn't discriminate against delivery drivers.

Got in line at 12:16 waited in line for almost an hour with only about 5-6 cars in front of me. Finally got made my way to order kiosks and they said they just closed and couldn’t take my order and blocked me and the car behind us in with cones. If you guys can’t handle the late night rush you either need to get more employees scheduled to help or send somebody out to the drive thru line to let the customers know sooner that you won’t be able to take there order instead of sitting in line.

This is the worst place ever the waiting line is crazy, especially at night. There are always dont have enough people to work. I don’t know how this place make money when they make one order every half hour.

If you're a Taco Bell fan, avoid this one. No baja blast, no potatoes, slow service and they mess up my order more times than not.The food is fine if they actually have what you want to order. I was recently hospitalized and desperate for a baja blast the day I got out, so I called to see if they had any for once. They told me, "we don't carry baja blast"..... what kind of Taco Bell doesn't carry baja blast....... what is wrong with this world....If you're in the area and have a craving for TB go to the PB Mission Blvd one instead it's absolutely worth it.

Look you pay with you get for its probably not real meat but the tacos are not that bad. I'll eat it once a while but not everyday.

You can only order at the touch pads. You cannot order at the register. While I was eating, a woman tried to order at the counter but was told she had to use the self-order touch pad. She asked for help with it but the employee would not come out from behind the counter. She cursed and left. There is a sign for help if you are "disabled". Wouldn't want to bet on that.

taco bell on midway$1.58 to add tomato ontwo burritos? no.Yesterday, I pulled up to the drive-thru at Taco Bell. I placed my usual order, 2 bean burritos, no red sauce, add green sauce, add tomato, and add extra onion. As it has been 3 months since my prior order, I anticipated a higher price for the burrito, but I was glad to see the price had not changed, it was still $2.19.The order shows up on the screen, but next to the tomato, there is a charge of $1.58. I had never been charged to add tomato at this location, so my chin dropped. My next request, to take off the tomato from both burritos, was only half done. Still seeing 79 cents for tomato on the screen, I asked for removal, but "Yolanda" (more on that shortly) said "It is not on my screen." I asked for the cashier's name, and was told it could not be provided. I asked for the manager's name, and cashier said he was the manager, and could not give out his name.Next, I asked for the order to be cancelled, so I could place it without the tomato concern, but "Yolanda" huffed in the microphone, and the remaining tomato charge was gone. I was then told to pull around, with no chance to request hit sauce. I got to the window to meet Yolanda, in all his male glory. He opened the window, I handed over plastic and asked his name again. He again declined. I asked for the manager and he said he was the lead. On handing me my order, I looked for the receipt in or on the bag, but it was not there. In asking for it, I was directed to a wet receipt on the pavement beneath the window. I attempted to open the door to reach it, I could not.I asked for a reprint. "Yolanda" had to call the manager, Jennifer, to get the reprint. When she handed me the receipt, I asked for the store phone number and her name. She wrote both down and handed it to me. Printed on the receipt was Cashier Yolanda.I get it that the folks behind the counter do not set the prices. What I do not get is the negative vibe that seems to permeate this Taco Bell. Time to vote with my wallet.

They charge higher prices than other Taco Bell locations and give you a smaller portion size as well.

Went here looking for a five dollar box only to find a twelve dollar box. I might be wrong but if they advertise it they should have it . I went somewhere else.
