Have to give these guys props for always doing a really great job. People usually only write reviews when they screw up. I’m constantly here and they’re super professional. Well organized. And whoever’s managing this place should be commended because most Taco Bell‘s and fast food joints are horrible lol.

Food was cold was missing stuff and was charged for my meal 6 times and when this was brought to staffs attention they were snippy and not helpful at all. Save yourself the trouble and eat at a different tacobell.

Have ordered on Uber eats from this location twice (the one near my place isn't open late).First time, they accepted my order, knowing they were backed up about 30-45 minutes, making my delivery an hour and a half long. And to top it off, there were NO sauce packets.Second time I ordered (January 2024), I ordered Doritos locos tacos but only got regular crunch tacos with no notice of a substitution. It's an almost 5 bucks difference!This location sucks, would recommend trying to get your food from another one.

I've been to this location multiple times to grab a quick bite for my husband and I.I like that they will substitute beans for ground beef in my crunchy tacos that I order and they taste great!So far this location has always had great service and I haven't had any issues with my order after I get my food home.If you do want to eat inside, there are two large parking lots here and plenty of parking spaces on the other side of Pick up Stix.Vegetarian options: You can ask for beans instead of beef or chicken.
Now I don't know what they've done in the past couple of weeks to elevate their service but they finally gotten it right. Things move very fast now through the drive-thru and my orders have been correct. Good for them and whoever is currently managing this place, at least at night time.Best taco bell in san diego
Went in today December 19th 2023.Dotty to tacos and a Mexican pizza with a drink. Woman at the counter asked me hot sauce? I said yes mild and medium I received.Hot and fire and no cup or drink and no napkins for a to go. Have you used the chaos get offered no receipt and let's you won the?Email? Or text?I'll be taking this back tomorrow December 20th 2023.To get my money back to the same mail at the University and college Avenue Taco Bell and it was even Che.

You can't beat a late night spicy bean rice burritos while dashing late night. Perfect in the go meal and the window person was pleasant and helpful.

I took my grandchildren from New Zealand to this establishment last Monday, because I have been eating at Taco Bell since the 60s. My grandson found a bug in his taco supreme. When I showed it to the counterperson, I was met with a blank stare, and not one word of apology, or an offer to refund my money or replace my order. If this is standard operating procedure for Taco Bell, I am afraid I will no longer patronize their establishment. Very disappointed.

Not that this one star review is going to matter, but but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. Every taco looked like it was wrapped in the dark. All the lettuce and tomatoes were falling out and into the bag. There was hardly any meat in the tacos. I know it’s just a fast food taco, but I at least expect more than this.

Slowest taco bell ever and they made my order wrong but I took it anyway because I didn't want to wait again! Also if you have a mobile order and don't see it when you come in or it's taking extra long to be delivered it was probably stolen by random homeless people that just walk in and grab a bag.
