They got my order wrong and I paid extra for the items. Didn’t realize it until i got home and then i returned back to have the items remade according to what i ordered. the Diner was supposed to be open until 10 and was locked at 8:27 so i had to wait in the drive through which was even more of an inconvenience. Bottom line BAD SERVICE.

Eating taco bell is like drinking with your friends; sounds fun until it's 3 am and you're spilling your guts wondering where it all went wrong I got a crunch wrap and it was wrapping my tongue in classic taco bell flavor! The natcho cheese was a bit much though.All in all, this was a solid 2/5 compared to Marisi.

Just went there and they completely messed up my order and they would not give me a refund or fix it. Terrible customer service, and terrible workers there.

Went to the drive through today with my moped. Waited for the person to take my order on the intercom for about 5-6 mins... nothing... so I decided to drive up to the window... only to be greeted with... "the lobby is open..." I told him nicely saying ok, but I wanted to go through the drive through, and I waited for someone to answer the intercom but no one did, that's why I drove up... he continues to say, "I cannot take any orders at the window, the lobby is open..." (theres a note on intercom said "if hard of hearing, pull up to the window")... how are you going to tell me you cannot take any orders at the window, when you have a sign on the intercom asking people with hard of hearing to pull up... are you going to tell the person when they drive up to go park and "lobby is open"? I seriously don't understand the logic behind that at all... I probably won't come back to this place just because of the laziness...

Portions are ridiculously small for the price, the food was cold and the customer service was not the best specially from who seems to be the person in charge (wearing red shirt). I never plan to come back to this location.

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would! The personnel saw that we had been at the counter for more than ten minutes without speaking to us or offering to assist us. The staff was standing around chatting while the dining area was dirty. They misread our order and seemed really prejudiced! I won't be returning!
