I have been going to Chile Bandido since it originally opened. Since then it has been through two ownerships. There are three things about this place that keep me coming back. Customer service, consistency, and their sauce. Their customer service is number one. There are two employees that really stand out. Our new favorite Mexican place! $1 taco Tuesday and bomb breakfast burritos!!! We started coming here after Cosmos good changed, and feel like it's not the best but it's pretty good for something quick and tasty!
I've been coming here for over 3 years now and tried just about everything on the menu and it's safe to say it's all good. You know a Mexican restaurant is good when the clientele consists of mainly Hispanic people. Btw, the male cook in the back is the best, he definitely knows what he's doing, I always make sure to show him my gratitude and he always lights up with joy...keep on shinning compa!
