Fresh omelet was customized to vegetarian and a spicy side of chili sauce made the expensive food option bearable.

At gate F, I had a lovely breakfast, a freshly made Amoura omlette...freshly spinach, feta, olives, cooked to fluffy perfection, with nice potatoes and warm pita. Under $20! And it actually looked like the picture. Fast, friendly service. All good!

We were looking for breakfast for a morning flight out of SFO. We were flying United so I knew it had to be in Terminal 3 - I found Amoura Cafe. I see there are a range of reviews for other meals but we were very happy with our breakfast meal there.
We waited a short time in line and chose the breakfast sandwich. I enjoy a croissant and saw the sandwich prepared right before us (so we know it wasn't sitting there for hours like a lot of restaurant food prepared in advance). The bacon, egg and cheese croissant even came with a side of homestyle (fried) potatoes.
A tasty breakfast that was not inexpensive but on par with what I expect to pay at major airports. The next time we have an early morning flight out of SFO (with United) we'll visit this spot again.

The meal does not match the pictures at all. Rice was mushy. Chicken was cold, sitting in juices. And the salad is an upcharge when you order the plate. Wish I had gone to Ladle & Leaf instead.

This was a really good option at SFO. I enjoyed the falafel wrap & the spanakopita, both were really good. Best airport meal I’ve had!

Chicken shawarma roll was pretty good, the chicken cubes in the platter were average at best though. The only spot that I know of that serves halal chicken in SFO

This was like $18-19. Overpriced at the airport like everything else. The cashier was nice. The meat was kind of tender and chewy. Hummus was good. Salad was good. Pita bread was kind of soft. There’s yellow rice on the bottom that was good. Not much seating and the tables were all filthy. Food was mid.

Halal chicken, but food was only OK.
Price was crazy. $25 for a meal for one person.
If you want to try it San Francisco airport requires you to walk all the way around (A to B to C to D to E to F) gates. If you don't want to exit through security and come back in.

This place is perplexing. The hummus and pita bread were as good as anywhere you’d get them. However, the chicken—supposed to be the star of the show—tasted like your friend tried to make chicken shawarma from memory, using the limited spices in their pantry, and tried to convince you it tastes exactly like the real thing.
If you’re looking for a quick, okay meal then I’d recommend this place. I ordered the shawarma platter, which was glorified hamburger meat. It didn’t taste bad, but I’ve had way better Mediterranean food for far less. I’d say the food was mediocre. It was a good sized portion though, which I appreciated. Under most circumstances I’d avoid eating in the airport, but this meal helped tide me over on a 35 hour travel day.
