I enjoyed Auntie Anne's near Fishermans wharf in SF. The pretzels were fresh and the service was Awesome. The girl that took our order was very friendly. She was happy to be working and that is SO rare to see. Thank you again for the yummy pretzels.

Buy one get one free with a coupon? I just saved $5! I went with the cheapest item on their menu of a pretzel with toppings such as sugar and cinnamon and garlic and parmesan. You can get meals, pretzel bites, mini pretzel dogs or full size dogs. I went with just the two I just listed and they were not as soft as I remember them. I tasted the garlic and parmesan one and decided to give it to the homeless guy with a dog on the same block. Friendly staff but no place to sit. If you have time, take your pretzels and head to the Hyde Street Pier before they close at 5 PM to get a nice view of the pirate ship and Golden Gate Bridge.

AVOID this place. It costs almost double the regular price for the same thing at other Auntie Anne locations.

This is your typical Auntie Anne's and have been to this location multiple times. Tonight was just like any other for me. Good food and good service. Nice and clean inside and not busy at all this time.

This location of Auntie Anne's is amazing! I had a fairly last minute order (a pretty large one) and they came through fabulously! The manager worked with me and was very helpful over the phone and made sure we got our order. Thanks Charles and the crew who all helped out!

Nothing compared to German pretzels but they're ok

It doesn't even deserve a star I was here this afternoon the lady tried to charge me $25 dollars for 2 pepperoni pretzels and 2 lemonades upon asking she said 'oh sorry click the wrong thing' then tried to offer me dipping sauces for free I live in sf yes this is a tourist place but really overcharge that much I recommend going to downtown mall where you can get 2 pretzels and 2 lemonades for only $11 dollars. It's ridiculous who knows how many other tourist are getting scammed

I work in the fisherman's wharf area and I look forward to getting Anne's pretzels at least twice a week. They have a cinnamon pretzel that is out of this world and a pepperoni pretzel that you really must try

I love this place because the ladies who work there are the sweetest, most friendly women. I asked them if the business was privately owned and they told me it was. I imagine they may be the owners or family of the owners because they take such pride in their jobs and in serving customers. Also, the pretzels are great and they never taste old or stale. But what keeps me coming back is the awesome way they treat their customers. In a world full of unhappy people, they just make my day when I see them.

Too good too miss out on, especially since I had just eaten at Chipotle and as soon as I left, a lady next door from Aunti Anne's was advertising "Buy one get one free" on all items because they were closing. Given that I just ate a burrito bowl (with tortilla on the side) and was starting to grow a food baby, I jumped on the deal! Figure, what's better than 1 pretzel? 2 pretzels of course! Just an FYI, this happened on a Saturday night.

On a sunny Sunday afternoon while at Fishermans Wharf, I saw Auntie Annes and immediately got a craving. I order a salted and an unsalted pretzel and man, was it disappointing. I had taken ten steps out of the store before I took my first bite and stopped dead in my tracks. My salted pretzel had a salty taste with a heavy burnt taste. When I flipped what looked like a fresh pretzel over, it was hard, dark and burnt. My boyfriends unsalted pretzel was even worse. It was so clearly burnt and hard that I can't believe they even served it. It was far from what I recognize to be a soft pretzel. It was more like an overgrown hard pretzel that you find in chex mix. Anyways, we went back to the store to ask for new pretzels and the lady at the cashier actually said "that's how it is supposed to be". SMH! She did offer us new pretzels which were cooked to perfection but the burnt pretzel along with the excuses left them with nothing more than 3 stars.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Travis the manager is amazing! I ordered catering from him, and he has made every step of the way as simple as possible. Super professional, and always has a great attitude. The pretzels were also a hit! Everyone loved them! Definitely going to order from them again.

It's always great, no matter where you are. Perfect little snack, so tasty. Just expensive for what it is. But always worth it :)

Great place to go when I take my break. There's never a line, and the staff is always friendly. Make sure you call in advance for the pretzel dogs. They have to make them on the spot when you order them.

Best customer service I've had all day! They didn't have the pretzel I wanted so they offered to make a fresh one but when I didn't want to wait they gave me a discount. Employees were professional and SO nice!!!!
