Food and drinks are absolutely delicious. Great place to grab something before a tour departing from this area. BEC on a croissant is a must try!

This location is super disrespectful towards the Couriers that pick up the food.

Very rude and slow staff. They were not courteous at all and behaved as if they were obliging by preparing food. They took 15 minutes to prepare my sandwich even when there was no other order with them and even after I paid a very good tip. And even after taking that much time sandwich is not very good. I will never go back again here, there are plenty of options in this area and this cafe is running only because of grayline tour start point.

Rain started, so I stopped in for a drink and enjoyed friendly service in a well-kept cafe. The Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Mocha was well made-hot & rich! The sugar donut was soft and fluffy.I'll be back to try a sandwich or salad!

TLDR: small portion with almost no meat, order wasn’t received so they had to make my order when I arrived to pickup 15 minutes after the last pickup timeI ordered through an app (because I had remaining credits) for pickup and arrived at this address (the app has a different name than this cafe) so I walked by it the first time. I showed the lady my order but she said they never received it so she had to make it then and there and told me to wait. After about 10-15 minutes (which makes it now 30 minutes past my pick up window) I got my iced coffee with cream and sausage breakfast burrito. After returning to the office, I unwrapped the burrito and it was relatively small. I started eating the burger and all I tasted was eggs and potatoes inside. Not only until my last two bites at the bottom of my burrito did I taste any sausage (and there was very little of it).All in all, not the best pickup experience but also no meat in a rather bland and small breakfast burrito means I won’t be back

Nestled in the heart of San Francisco's downtown, this charming breakfast coffee place offers a delightful French experience. From the moment you step inside, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and warm croissants envelops you. The ambiance is transported to the streets of Paris, with quaint bistro tables and the soothing sounds of French music in the background. The baristas skillfully craft expertly brewed coffee, and the menu boasts a selection of delectable pastries and authentic French breakfast options. It's a perfect escape, providing a taste of France right in the midst of San Francisco's bustling downtown. A truly enchanting spot for coffee enthusiasts and Francophiles alike.Vegetarian options: Get the falafel wrap and you will thank me laterKid-friendliness: They have French macarons for kids

✓ Excellent place for breakfast as hotels in the region do not offer breakfast.✓ Close to Union Square;✓ Good food with bacon, turkey breast or egg sandwiches. There is hot chocolate, different types of coffee and desserts.✓ Good service and cordiality.✓ Small but very cozy place.✓ A great option for breakfast.✓ It costs around 10-15 dollars per person.

The sunnies is a fantastic breakfast sandwich, with fresh produce. Good with avocado and salt and pepper on a bagel. The pastries look amazing as well. The coffee was ok. The employees were kind and quick, despite being very busy.

Actually surprised how good my pastrami sandwich was!! Would I have liked to have paid less than $15? Sure, but hey for SF it's not bad. Sandwich was about 7".

Beautiful little hole-in-the-wall local urban cafe ☕️. The due behind the counter work hard and are very attentive to customers’ orders :) I loved it here. Felt at home in the middle of Union Square — who could’ve guessed? Guess I’m an urbanist at heart. Hah. Thanks for the fabulous double oat macchiatos and fresh OJ!Vegetarian options: There are options without meat.
