It's one of those places where the staff stays, and they are good at what they do. Inside seating is limited and city-style (tight), but lots of covered outdoor seating. No reservations; first come, first serve.

Must be a new ownership because the food is not as good. The scrambled eggs were over cooked and had absolutely no flavor. 3 of us were unhappy with our meals because of the lack of flavor and the over cooked hash browns and the rosemary potato toast which used to be great is tasteless and dry like any average sourdough bread.Disappointed.

Such a cute breakfast spot - a must need to visit when in Noe Valley! We were lucky and there were no lines, so we were seated immediately. Our server was incredibly sweet and patient with us as we were trying to decide on what to order.Food was delicious and we managed to take home leftovers. Definitely recommend Chloe's cafe if you're looking for a cute coffee and breakfast place!
