CJ and team are excellent. The commissary is well maintained with all the equipment you'd need and if they don't have something they are open to working with you to figure out a solution. Super helpful staff and overall good people that you're sharing the space with. Would definitely recommend if you have a food business and need a licensed commercial kitchen. The staff are responsive and action-oriented which feels essential when working in a shared space.
