I'm a local. This is a great local bakery that offers an amazing variety of delicious baked goods with something to please everyone in the family. I also appreciate that I've been visiting the bakery for years and the same friendly and happy staff are there. This tells me that the owner treats her team well and that the team loves their work. I hope the city government does everything it can to keep businesses like this in the city.

Absolutely wonderful bakery. Hands down the best bakery in the Bay Area. Wonderful customer service, always a friendly and great atmosphere with the absolute best cookies, pastries, savory snacks, anything and everything is absolutely perfect. The owner is so amazing and funny and I have never been let down. I can always count on Fillmore bakeshop for any sweet or savory treats that I am craving. Best bakery ever, I highly recommend.

The two servers that man the cashier station in the mornings have 0 sense of customer service. They never greet you, smile or thank you for your order. It's like they are in a constant bad mood. One of them messed up my order and I had to drive back to get the missing items and he didn't apologize for the mistake. A simple smile goes a long way. This lack of customer service makes me not want to go back. But their princess cake is amazing.

Google advertised with a macaroon photo as I was seeking a macaroon and they do not have them at all

Only got the pastrami croissant with cornichons (one inside and one staked on top, so yes, technically plural, lol).
It was good but not worth the price.
Took it to go, so I can’t speak to the full experience of dining in, but it looked clean, quiet, and easy to grab a seat and table around 10am on a Tuesday.

Owner Elena, knows you by name with a smile and the staff are also very friendly. Food is always freshly made. Highly recommend for breakfast or a quick snack or drink on the go.

Cutest bakery with an old style vibe and calm music. The goat cheese and tomato jam danish is so good I had two of them.
I went to Fillmore Bakeshop on a whim and ended up leaving super satisfied. The space is cozy, the staff is super friendly, and the pastries especially the cinnamon rolls and almond croissant are just sweet enough to be delicious without being overwhelming. The pretzel rolls and hazelnut ring were surprisingly good. It's not fancy, just a good, cozy bakery with charm

Everything is homemade, and I absolutely love this place! It's a nice, quiet spot to kick off your morning with a delicious coffee or latte ❤️❤️. This local bakery shop offers the best cinnamon roll around!

I’ve had my husband buy the Chocolate-Salted Caramel Mousse Cake for every birthday I’ve celebrated since moving to SF. You’ve changed the recipe and it wasn’t for the best. Dry and barely a hint of caramel and a new consistency of the filling. I don’t think you can still call it a mousse cake. The ingredients quality worsened while the price increased. Too bad.
I would go to this, my favorite bakery in the city, every single day if I could!
Great place to pick up some Coffee and Pastries 🥐
Friendly, relaxed cafe with delicious baked goods and coffee. Staff were wonderful. I recommend the cinnamon rolls - next level!
Hard to find parking, but what else is new on Fillmore. This old school bakery smells delicious as you walk in and there are many delicious options. The cherry pie was delightful and the quiche Lorraine was top notch.
