I went around 1:30 on Saturday. Initially felt rushed to order, understandable as it was near closing time. However, the food, including the avocado toast and fried potato, was rather ordinary and left a strange taste in my mouth, quite disappointing overall.

The pancakes are well done, fluffy, colorful, with fruits and some made with buttermilk and served with real maple syrup. I think they should serve the maple syrup warm to add to the flavor of the pancakes. Their green chilequiles are excellent with the carnitas.
Best breakfast in San Francisco. Awesome service, huge portions, smiles all

I used to go here for breakfast for their hash browns. I don't think it's on the menu anymore but they were the best hash browns I've ever had. I still think about them from time to time. No other place made hash browns like this place. Please bring back your hash browns. They were the best hash browns in the city.

Lemon Souffle pancakes were awesome. We also had the Eggs & Hash which was good, and the meat was very flavorful but it was chunkier than I prefer. Others may like it that way.The place is small inside (SF typical) and very loud.

WOW! This place is the place to go for breakfast. They close at 2pm. It was packed but we got a seat quickly. The waitresses hustle so even at capacity you're not waiting long for your drinks and food. I was blown away by the Ube and banana souffle pancakes. The red velvet latte was amazing but the pistachio latte was even better. My dad enjoyed his fried chicken and waffles. It was so fun to sit in the box outside and watch the city. I think the mouth watering photos say more than the review can.

We've eaten here several times. Overall, the food is three stars, service is two stars. As a public health nurse, I can't help but spot germy practices. I noticed the two waiters were bussing tables with disposable gloves on, and also bringing out freshly-made entrees from the kitchen with the same gloves on. This is unsanitary, at best.I brought this to our waiter's attentions, and she acknowledged my concerns. Nothing changed though, and they both continued bussing and serving with the same dirty gloves on. Before we left, I noted that she kept serving with dirty gloves on. She informed me that they have limited staff, and they have no choice. Will not return.

Consistently amazing food and attentive service. The menu is full of great choices and their location is in the heart of Noe Valley. My only critique is how loud it is. Hopefully when budget allows they can hang a couple acoustic tiles to dampen the noise.

Love this place. Always bring family when visiting out of town or with my family on a weekday- (less busy).Lattes are great, and pancake soufflé! Lemon ricotta is bomb!
AMAZING service! Also the best gluten-free pancake I've ever had!! Maybe the only one I've ever had! And those ladies RUN that place. Five stars!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

Noe Valley institution. Service can be very fast, but it’s to your benefit to get seated quicker. The Fried Chicken French Toast with Challah is outstanding.

People working here are extremely nice and polite, so I truly hate not giving them a full 5 stars.Food is good, but the atmosphere is somehow off. I would suggest changing or turning off the background music. Maybe also removing the service table from the front to the back.

You won't be disappointed when you taste the food! Flavors are spot on and visually you'll be drooling. I'm had the Ube pancakes and they were AWESOME!Recommend Note: Your group needs to be present before being seated. There usually is a line on weekends. The staff are very direct but efficient...No soup for you!
