I came here on a Saturday afternoon after walking over from the Embarcadero. There was no line and the staff were patient while my friend and I decided what to order. My friend and I both got the Tunacado Sandwich which we highly recommend! It looks like a small, thin sandwich but is very filling. We also ordered the Iron Man juice and Go Away DOC juice. Both were good but I wish they had a bigger size! I would come back to this location if I was in the area.

Second time coming in here and it's also the second time getting a rude customer service. The lady at the front is very unwilling to do whatever she needs to do. Very rude, wow!

Came here on a Saturday afternoon to try their viral tuna sandwich and some drinks. I got a vanilla latte while my cousins both got juices. I enjoyed my latte and both of the juices were tasty as well! My cousin got the tuna sandwich that we shared. It was definitely tasty, decent amount of tuna, and overall good. Prices are what you'd expect for downtown San Francisco. Overall everything was good and I'd come back if I were in the neighborhood. Service was nice as well!!

I stopped for an espresso and really enjoyed it. There are plenty of natural juice and drink options. I tried a truffle which was a great option to accompany the coffee.

The slowest and worst service I've ever dealt with. I sat there for 25 min waiting for my order all for them to tell me they missed it. So I canceled my order cuz I was going to be late for lunch!! Terrible!!!

September 2023:Stopped by for some delicious juice on a Saturday. Thankfully, they were open!Got the energize juice which has red grapefruit, ginger and apple. Was very refreshing ?.Will definitely be back again for more delicious juice!

After seeing many posts on social media, I decided to try this place for the first time during my visit to San Francisco since there is no branch in my city. Unfortunately, none of the staff acknowledged me and i was just standing there to order for 15 minutes. Not greeting, not welcoming, and even not ignoring from staff. So I left there without trying anything.

This location is a joke and seems to be having a hard time providing all around good service. Huge disconnect between the store and the app. Mobile orders always say "ready" and every time I arrive they are indeed not ready and require another 10-30 minutes of waiting and that is no exaggeration (as I have been waiting 20 minutes in this moment since my order was "ready").I've never had one good customer service experience here. I always find myself standing at the cash register waiting for even a hello. Despite all employees present making juices, sandwiches or tending to other duties, you will literally stand there with not one acknowledgment. It is not hard to give a "hello welcome in, I'll be right with you" and that could make such a difference.
This was the worst Tunacado sandwich: watery, almost no tuna and tasteless. I've had Tunacado @different location and I was looking forward to the treat. Waste of money/time. Lack of training and lack of Quality... Will not come here again.

They put a whole cup of OIL in my "fresh-squeezed" juice. Yes, oil. I now see that 5 years ago, the manager responded to another yelp review about this, promising to add the oil to the ingredients list, and yet they are still hiding this. The employee (the incredibly slow, lost and rude African guy) kept aggressively insisting that a cup of oil was necessary to keep the juice from getting "sticky". Disgusting. Not to mention they had virtually none of the ingredients and told me after I paid. Horrible ingredients and service.

The slowest and worst customer service EVER!!! The Asian guy seems to be so LOST behind the counter. I don't know why you would ever have only ONE PERSON working in an environment like this. ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY'RE CONFUSED on how to make EVERY ITEM ON THE MENU. Every 6 seconds his head is going up to the board for EVERY DRINK AND EVERY FOOD ITEM he has to make. This is 10am 1/10/23. The avocado sandwich comes with avocado, tomato, mozzarella and the pesto sauce. HOLY SHXT I looked at that one time walking out and I remember. How hard is it to remember a 4 ingredient sandwich. But yet he's working alone and what really pissed me off is when he made the person's order who came in AFTER ME, because it was "easier." Like I don't have to go to work and my order wasn't first!

Drinks are good and fresh. However, I feel everything is overpriced for the amount you receive. The large is like a medium and the regular size is a small. I'd rather spend the money on buying the fruit and veggies and juicing at home.
