Very nice
Not enough on western addition in the Fillmore.
This is a senior building that accepts people with rental subsidies of various types. Wonderful tenant service manager who has been here for many years. Different than some other bldgs like this in that staff are very stable and reasonable in their approach to residents and their guests.

Very nice affordable housing for seniors and disabled folks. Spacious apts, some with private terraces. Common terraces on 6th floor and enclosed garden with benches and exotic Greek and Roman statues on 1st floor. A real find in the expensive SF rental market.
