Amazing experience we came for my birthday in march and it was so delicious the Golden chicken broth is a must ! Smells so good and the food is so delicious! It felt like a good home cooked meal truly! And the waiter was one of the most memorable parts very attentive kind and patient ! I am now back again in September and let me tell you once again amazing experience waitress was very kind very attentive speedy service we were sat within seconds and greeted by a very nice woman truly a must try place , clean nice music . Very nice seating arrangements either sitting in a booth or “bar” type seating. The vegetables are fresh! The garlic cucumbers are so tasty and refreshing will come back a 3rd 4th 5th 6th 7th time it’s really just that good . I will be dreaming of the next time I get to come eat here.<3

I came to Japan town for my lady's birthday and didn't know wat to eat. We stumbled on this place and loved it. The chicken broth is amazing and the arrangement of different food to put in it. Great people great cooks i heard them laughing having a good time in the back. Just overall great experience that any one should try.

We came here as a group of four, spent $500 for food and drinks.
Disappointed for sure.
In general , these are conclusions we had: seafood quality is poor; meat is better; soup base is plain; the service is poor; the restaurant is very messy. ( especially if you sit at the center bar section)
It’s very uncomfortable to order food because they put so many rules over it, so we felt like we were begging for it but in deed, we spent over $500!
Don’t recommend at all.

I walked by and stopped to try this place on Friday at 11.30 am. and very disappointed !
The server has some attitude since I walked in but I thought it’s ok. Only 1 table 2 people in the restaurant.

The lady server came and asked, I said only me she said ok which one ? I asked do you have lunch specials only or do you have another menu? She said yes which one? Mini pot or big pot with her attitude that I almost walk out. But I also super hungry. I asked to see menu it’s my first time. Then I decided for AYCE premium waygu $68. She walked me to counter bar and said other side have reservations so have to sit here.

Then I ordered , she said only 3 meats at the time. 2 appetizer and sides. So I ordered then more people as a group coming in and I almost finished my meats , you can see in pics that not much meats. And I don’t have much time so I want to order more , eat and leave. But she not really care.
I put the meats in the pot and left there fews second but she walked to me and said you should just dip piece by piece only 5 seconds , if you left like this the meat will be chewy! Ok. Thank you I told her. And I ordered more meats. The A5 is good 👍. Then I tried to finish my meats to order more. And now the counter bar is full and still only 1 server. I had to wait to order for a while. And she just walked pass me. I said can I order more and she just said will be right back.

At the end she came and said last call. So I ordered 2 more meats and she said are you sure if you left food will be 20% charge!

First of all, I know the rule for all AYCE and I always finished it. And normally I eat a lot of meats 🤣
She might think I won’t finish it but I will and I didn’t order that much because she not really came by and I cant order much.

Others people that came in order mini pot only the table and me that order big pot.

At the end I asked for bill and she came so quick with the machine to pay, she just standing there I put the survey about bad service. And she looked at it when I gave her back the machine and said loudly “Am I that bad?” And all customers looked at me. I wanted to say I paid over $70 what do you think? But I didn’t say that I just said because she told me to do this and do that. And I walked out.

This is my only time that I ordered not much. Only 10 trays.

I’m sorry that I eat too I feel like she doesn’t want me to order more.

The soup Sukiyaki is very blended, no flavor at all. It likes they put more water in the soup only can see color. The meats quality is ok. I really like A5.

Only not good is service!

I Ate Plastic!!

Multiple shards of plastic film was inside the shabu beef. The restaurant has no standard of food safety and the manager has no sense of shame.

The manager — an old and heavy-weight woman (big glasses) refused a refund then call police because I refuse to pay a discount.

There are multiple allegations of this old woman in the reviews. Be careful.

Is this a Shabu date night or flea market negotiation over plastic in your food?

This is a classy shabu house with quality Wagyu meat, a great selection of sides, and very kind and attentive staff members. I liked the deep and savory flavors of the konbu and chicken broths. Just be careful, though, since the konbu broth can splash when boiled for a long time. Try various sides, too, since they all have excellent quality! There's no need to mention how great the meat was. When I visited there in a big group, though only one guy was taking and bringing orders, and although we had him pretty busy, he was friendly and attentive. Overall, they offer the best all-you-can-eat shabu experience in Japan Town.

The best wakyu

If this was all-you-can-eat, I feel like I got scammed because the menu/staff didn't say anything about that even when I asked, so I had no idea until I read other reviews here. The food was good, but the whole experience was confusing and the menu/staff did not do a good job communicating anything. All the fried foods tasted like fry oil instead of the ingredients as well. The saving grace is that the meat was tender and the sauce was good...

All comments are true, long wait if you don’t choose the 98 option, the 58 option definitely not worth it

The best value lunch à la carte hotpot—only $20 per person!

You get 1 lb of protein (lamb, beef, or pork) and seven side ingredients, with the option to add udon or rice for just $1.

The food quality is excellent, and everything is absolutely delicious. I also appreciate how the restaurant is well-ventilated, unlike many other hotpot places that tend to be steamy and loud.

Another standout feature is the cleanliness—this place is pristine! Many hotpot and shabu-shabu restaurants I’ve visited in the past haven’t been the cleanest, but this one is exceptionally well-maintained and respectable.

Lastly, I love that it’s individual hotpot, so you don’t have to share if you don’t want to. Such a great experience!

Every time I come here I leave happy. Wish this place stays forever. Thank you for ur service.

Normally my husband and I avoid all you can eat restaurants since my two kids are too young to eat anything, and yet restaurant have no issue charging them half price or more. I greatly appreciate the female owner for taking that into consideration and did not charge her at all. Will come back for future visits

Salty broth, unfriendly service, fatty meat - we will NOT be back!

Only reason to go here is for the meat. Service is not great. And if you're lucky, you get to sit at the table that is in the kitchen, away from the rest of the restaurant.
