What an amazing find. We have been coming here since it 1st opened. It was always our 1st choice for celebrations and meals were always fantastic. Love the steak and wasabi noodles and the salmon rolls. This restaurant was one of the gems of san franciso!
I am saddened that this place has closed! This was definitely a go to spot for lunches with my coworkers. Even tho I would always go with my safety dish, wasabi noodles, I've tried their appetizers as well which was also mouth watering. So bummed that I wasn't able to stop by before they closed. Definitely a staple in SF. I remember going here when I was young too before I moved to the East Bay (which was well over 25 years ago). Sigh....no more wasabi noodles =(

The house is one of my "GOTO" restaurants when I'm in the city, the fish is always fresh and the food is good. It's become so popular that the menu has become a little stale for old-timers who have been there before their newfound fame. It's also extremely hard to get seating if you don't plan ahead because it's become so popular on yelp. The scallops are incredible for the app, and all the fish dishes are incredible... Such good flavors and the fishes are always cooked perfectly....read full review
