Their jalapeño chedder bagel eggwich is to die for! Worth it to wait in a line for a breakfast sandwich in the morning. ??I always add a hash brown to my order! Can't beat the $1 crispy hash browns (option to add in the sandwich also)

Ducked in here during a driving rainstorm and had a bubble tea and toasted raisin bagel. Then stayed for a large cappuccino. All was good, but have cash you get a big discount.

I used to like this place but one day I went in and there was the biggest fly I have ever seen just flying around in The case with the bagels landing on everything and the person toasting the bagels just stood there watching it and not doing anything to get rid of the fly. It grossed me out so much that I left without my bagel and I haven’t been back since

If I could give this less than 0 stars I would. I've been a fan previously of other TPB locations so imagined this location would be on par with those given its location. WRONG. WRONG. WRONG. Not only were they out of almost everything in their case, the entire place was in disarray. Dirty signs, dirty floors, stacks of boxes in the dining room as well as scattered all over the counter. I ordered a breakfast sandwich at lunch time and specifically double checked the ingredients with the woman behind the counter and she confirmed cream cheese. Speaking of service, there were two of us that entered the shop and two women behind the counter but only one of them was helping us? The other was walking around touching things but doing nothing? Anyway; back to the sandwich. She made the sandwich and rang us up and of course I didn't even think to check my sandwich until I got back to the office. My bagel was stale, barely toasted and the sandwich was lacking cream cheese and mostly made up of leftover slices of ham. Do better PB, especially in a tourist area. I wouldn't take my worst enemy to eat here. Never again.

They’ve raised their prices drastically from the photos shown. 9.50 for a bad bagel on the empty embarcadero. The end is near for this place.

Good bagels. A bit expensive for a dozen bagels and cream cheese. Not super busy so other than lunch not much wait.
A little different, but still very tasty. The bagels have an excellent bite with an easy tear away. Cream cheese is good but not quite thick enough. Still a great way to start the day. Staff was very friendly.

Solid breakfast bagel, house coffee nice too and perfect amount of milk and sugar added by cashier. Got the egg with bacon on seeded bagel. The 2 posh bagels I have been to feel like a mom and pop operation which I like, not too commercial and genuine and happy staff.

Because today was Columbus Day Holiday, I was off from work and had the chance to have a late breakfast here while walking through the Embarcadero Shopping Center earlier. The Egg & Sausage Breakfast Sandwich I ordered really hit the spot. It was warm and freshly made and comforted me during the cold and cloudy morning we had earlier. The toasted sourdough bread was good and the egg had a nice balance of salt & pepper. The cashier and the counter person were very helpful and friendly. I also ordered a Chocolate Chip Muffin to go.
