Baskin Robbins is my favorite ice cream, and I give thus location 5 starts just because it was awesome. Chocolate chip is my favorite. Sometimes I will get a mint chicolate chip because I am thinking of a special someone. My all time favorite is chocolate fudge. Today I got a chocolate fudge shake with mybson.

I was embarrassed to serve this cake and felt I had paid a premium for the opportunity to do so. I recently purchased a small ice cream cake for just over $40 for a special occasion. The primary comment from the guests who I shared small cake with was that it was unusual and unappealing that such a small cake needed to be assembled from so many left over pieces from other cakes.

I needed a last-minute ice cream cake for a birthday today and am glad this BR31 had a good variety of options to select from, even though it is a small store. They had 2 deli freezers with pre-made ice cream cakes. They were clearly labeled, and the majority of the cakes look pretty good.Customized cakes can be ordered online, 24-48 hours in advance.I brought my husband in to collect his free 4oz birthday scoop. The scoop was a pretty substantial scoop. We picked out a cake for later tonight. Our cashier was kind enough to write Happy Birthday on our blank cake for us.

I got a single scoop cone for my son. The scoop was pretty large, so unfortunately it fell off the cone. Go to buy another to make son happy, they replaced it no charge. It was much appreciated and unexpected.

Milk shake ordered was for peppermint and received mint chip instead.Double scoop of mint chip had no hot fudge as ordered and paid for extra topping.Paid for a double scoop of mint chip and chocolate and only received a single scoop of chocolate but was charged for a double.This is not the first time but will be the last time I spend money at this location.

I’ve ordered ice cream several times from your Cottle Road branch and decided to order shakes for my kids birthday. When I received them from DoorDash I also received this wonderful note from your staff. I guess it’s safe to say I won’t be returning soon. Not sure what I did to receive such an mean message from your staff.

Shrinkflation at it best! I'm done with BnR ice cream cakes. I've been buying my birthday ice cream cakes (9 per year) from this location for 15 year. On July 31st I purchased a small cake that was labeled "feeds 6 to 8" people. The cake was about half the size that this size was in the past. So small they could only write "Happy Birthday" without a name on the top of the cake because it was too small to fit a second line! Two of the slices had to be cut in half in order to serve 5 people! Definitely not worth the $37 before taxes! I'm rating this store 2 stars because they do have tasty ice cream cakes however, misleading customers by falsely stating it served 6-8 earns this store a ZERO!

Ordered some quarts from here for a DIY ice cream cake. 1st order was shorted. I placed another order to fulfill the short. The nice thing was that the store called me to doublecheck if the 2nd order was correct. A little extra hassle, not a big deal, but it delayed my schedule to build the cake.

Girl working was not wearing gloves to make my order or the people ahead of me. Touching someones cone with bare hands is so unsanitary.

Wide variety of flavors from classic vanilla and chocolate to matcha. Most BR store employees are kind of lacking customer service skills as normally there's only ONE staff per store. This store in particular, the staff was in a hurry to take our orders and didn't mind our request to try some other flavors. Also, the serving was less compared to the other stores (ex. Almaden BR). Nevertheless, I'd still get my ice cream fix at BR.
