We ate at the Cottle Road location today and one of the staff stole a personal item from us. The item had dropped onto the floor which we were unaware of at the time. But after we left another customer saw one of the servers pick up the item and walked away with it. All the servers denied it and they were all speaking Spanish so that my husband could not understand what they were saying including the manager on duty.UPDATE:The management team of Bills Cafe worked with the staff and found the item and I appreciate the contact and follow up.

I just placed a phone order here yesterday, and they had messed up my order and giving me the wrong item but aside from that the food was good and the other dishes were great! Hopefully the next time I place an order here the order is accurate, but I would recommend you to check your order before leaving if you take it to go order because I did not and I ended up figuring it out on my own, that I was given the wrong Meal! also‘s place is pretty pricey, so keep that in mind when you are coming here!Vegetarian options: Check it out!Parking: Parking lot is busyKid-friendliness: Definitely.
