I went back to this place to get burritos that's how good they are .I drove from Hayward, albeit I was visiting a friend , I had to stop by and pick up two burritos for us.Definitely excellent service by the employees, always smiling at everyone no matter the ethnicity . The atmosphere is pretty chill and always a vibe. You can dine in if you want too.Parking: Because there are stores all around , there's plenty of parking . Just park and walk right up to the restaurant and back to your car .Kid-friendliness: So many food chain restaurants a part from Chipotle, like panda express right next to it .plenty of menus to choose from and yes very much kid friendly. No drunk people yelling around and the dress code so far has been smart casual or casual or just woke- up- out -of- bed -with -messy hair but -didn't -forget -my -pants kind of vibe during the weekends.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp on the side so it shouldn't be difficult to get to the restaurant.

The Spanish manager with the curly hair is really rude every time that we go he treat us with no respect and as guest I expect him to be respectful. Going in with plenty of time before closing and he would close the patio early for no reason just because he wanted too I asked him what time it closes and he just looked at his watch and gave the time on his watch which was still with plenty of time before closing. Very sarcastic. Another time he closed the store 15 minutes early and I was on the patio eating and he wouldn’t let me in to get a refill even with the store still in opening times.You have terrible management running your store and it’s been one to many times with this manager being rude. You have lost me as a customer due to this gentlemen’s behavior. Please train these people to have respect and to honor the time the store should be open. Do better. And happy new year

I used to come to this chipotle 3-4 times a week because they actually had good portion sizes compared to other locations. I don’t know if it’s tied to the bigger problem with chipotle reducing portion sizes or if it’s a new manager but lately the bowl size seems like half it used to be even when ordering 2x meat. And now you can expect to wait an additional 10-15 mins than the promised ETA for your app order while the staff will happily serve walk in customers instead of making your order first.

Very cheap/ stingy on portions... dont know why they cant even give a full handful of lettuce. Other chipotle gives more that this. For what i paid it isnt worth the $13 for this crap.

Ive been to so many Chipotle's here in the bayarea and this location is the worst. The service is trash. Employees are serving themselves bigger proportions than they are serving us and were paying. Older lady working serving has horrible attitude and was trying to charge me extra for white rice. AVOID LOCATION

On Friday night 10/06, the food was bad in the sense the brown rice was plain uncooked. It was just hard rice grains. Almost every bite had a crack in my mouth. Hopefully this was a one-off incident.
