Customer service is rare these days and I can empathize with overworked service positions. But, it cost us nothing to be pleasant and respectful. There’s a particular woman manager named Cindy in this location who is simply unhappy. It has nothing to do with the job. I get it, life can be tough. But, for the sake of your customer base and business, maybe working in the office or back of the house would be better instead of being customer facing. No one is paying for attitude when they place their order. Just the burritos.

Chipotle worker did not greet me, she threw my food on the counter and had an attitude! service is a 0/10 highly disappointed.

The service here always questionable. The food is sprayed everywhere on the counter. The young ladies wiping off the workspace with some kind of washcloth God knows how many times it's been wedded I don't understand why she didn't use some clean paper towels. And then when it got time to pay I had ordered three bowls and I wanted two vinaigrettes for each bowl and they try to tell me they didn't have any we ran out they said.I find that unacceptable I told him if you don't get some I'll just walk out and I'm not paying for it. He's old let me ring it up I'll go get you some. I said no you get the vinaigrette bring it back and I'll pay for it. By that time some security guard walked in and him and the fellow went back there chatting away in the kitchen having a good old time while I'm waiting for them to make this vinaigrette I think it took him about 15 to 20 minutes to mix it all up in the mixer. Well he finally came out with it and I paid for my order but again this place is highly disappointing.

I've eaten at this location a few times and the staff seem overworked and many have an attitude like my presence is an inconvenience? It creates a non-welcoming environment. This location is often out of items during dinner times (6-8 pm) and the cutlery is rarely stocked properly, yet the lids are consistently overstocked and each time I have reached for one I get 2-4 since they've been pressed down together. The dining area has not been clean or ready to accommodate new customers on any of the occasions I visited and guess the fact they didn't ask me if I wanted it to stay or go should key me in that they prefer I do not eat in. Message received. The hot ingredients were room temperature and the cold ingredients were cool. It's a shame, Chipotle used to be a chain I enjoyed visiting weekly; yet, unlikely to visit this location any more.
i dont go to chipotle often but the service provided by diego was so wonderful i had to say something! thank you, diego!

Chipotle has fallen in quality over the years. This location is ok but the food does not look fresh. Was better before. Prices has gone up while quality has dropped.

They see you, but ignore when you arrive to pick your order. They're out of hot sauces, and make it hard to request it.
Waited 5 minutes to pay for my food while they do other stuff, don’t go to this

Just giving this Chipotle a 5 star review because I was here on a Saturday 2 or 3 weeks ago for some to-go orders and the two guys working were REALLY friendly and helpful. Literally the last 100 interactions I've had at various Chipotles over the years have been awful lol (especially at the Blossom Hill location which is why I go out of my way to avoid that one now even though it's closer) so just wanted to give a (delayed) shoutout to the nice young employees there :).Food is pretty standard as it is as every Chipotle. I like coming here because the kids meal is a really good deal and my toddler actually eats the cheese quesadilla.
