Usually whenever I go to any Mexican restaurant, I order a burrito. But one of the most frustrating things I’ve noticed in those times is that Im probably one of the few people who like to order a burrito with both chicken and grilled veggies mixed. Most of the Mexican restaurants I’ve been to didn’t allow me combine the two.Fortunately Chipotle isn’t one of those restaurants?. Because recently at Chipotle, I ordered a chicken burrito and I asked them to also add grilled veggies to it and they happily did so. And the burrito was delicious. I will most definitely come here again next time just for that reason alone of getting a burrito with chicken and grilled vegetables mixed.

Chipotle food is always a 5. Always. However, this Chipotle's service in terms of getting a correct online order is off, 8 inaccuracies in the past 2 months-forgotten protein, forgotten chips, addition of unrequested items. It would be best to grab your order in person.

One of the bathrooms has been out of order for months but they don't have a sign on it so it just says 'in use'. The other bathroom is constantly being used by employees and transients to change. I suggest changing the bathroom code, and also have a changing room for the employees so that they're not using up the only bathroom meant for customers. Outside of the issue with the bathrooms, there have been times where I walked in and nobody was working the counter and I had to wait for service.

Ordered a bottled drink & it was expired from two months ago. They went back and checked, to find all drinks had same expiration date. Wow! Noticed someone else drinking that expired drink they also ordered but didn't check like I did.

Y'all this has to be a joke. Order pick up for a salad....where is the rest of it? Is there a lettuce shortage? I asked for extra lettuce and veggies which they forgot. Never doing pick up again. My son's quesadilla side of rice was crispy and undercooked. Do not order pick up or they will stiff you.

They were out of vinegrette at 5pm. I couldn't get a salad so I got a burrito. It was good but a salad would have been better. I wish they'd bottle the dressing so I could buy it and I wouldn't have to deal with the shortages at store level. Otherwise, very good and tasty.

They run out of essential food items, I didn’t even get a receipt because there was no paper - there are so many other eateries nearby with good food I would not go near this place
Haven't been here in awhile so I thought I'd have lunch. Ordered the Bowl with Carne Asada, everything but the steak was good, overcooked and it was bottom of the container. You know it's overcooked when it's crunchy. Had I eaten there, I would've said something but I brought it home. Disappointed but it is what it is. Guy behind ordered a bowl, half chicken / steak, the guy behind the counter cleaned off the grill and brought out fresh steak. Next time, I'll have to say something.

Placed a mobile order 15 minutes before coming to the store with eta being 4:20. Waited in store past 4:50 while workers serviced dozens of walk in customers without even looking at mobile orders. Dont mobile order, its a waste of time here.
