It was our third time to have eaten at this restaurant and again thoroughly enjoyed it. Very busy but the service was great and our food was delivered to our table very quickly. There are lots to choose from, and the price was reasonable. It was recommended by one of our guides on a previous visit. We will definitely come back!

Exceptional food that blows my mind. The fusion of western and eastern elements in the dishes are made so well. Grilled New York Steak Pho: out of this world and rich in flavors BBQ Boneless Short-ribs Sandwich: very delicious and remind me of the Banh Mi in Saigon, Vietnam I can believe such amazing food is available right in downtown San Jose and with a reasonable price too! Thank you for cooking with such dedication. I can feel every bit of them in every bite. I'm really happy to be able to taste the food made here. I want to try every item on the menu!

This is the Pho Spot! I was craving some pho vermicelli and Yelp took me to this wonderful spot. The couple who own the restaurant are so sweet and the customers are wonderful. I ordered the pho chicken and it was tasty. The meat was good and tender and there was also a great flavor to the soup! Due to a bad experience, it's been years since I've eaten pho, but I think I have found my new favorite pho spot! I also had a Thai tea that was perfectly sweetened.

I can't believe I've walked by this place so many times and never ordered before. Tried it for the first time last night and definitely will be back. :) Ordered the chef's choice and NY steak pho, and both were delicious! The steak was great and the broth was delightful as well. Looking forward to trying more items on their menu soon! Logistics note: the most accurate hours are in the DoorDash pickup app and Yelp. If you order online for dinner, place your order before 6:30 for pickup before 7pm!

Went here for a quick lunch but ended up coming back here for three lunches and dinners in a row while in town. This is a hidden gem! Food is amazing from presentation to taste. You would think it's just a fast food place. However, they take pride in gourmet tastes and ingredients. The sweet potato fries, XO salmon, pot stickers, chicken satay, mango papaya salad, filet mignon pho, and red Thai curry with chicken. Will be back when I return to San Jose.

I had the Filet Mignon Pho for the first time today and it was absolutely fantastic! The filet was so tender and the broth was delicious even before adding the toppings and sauces. My boyfriend has the Culinary Special Pho and was highly impressed with the quality of the meats and the broth. I'd highly recommend this spot for some great comfy food on a chilly day. I'll be returning to try some of their other options that looks so appetizing. Great friendly customer service with outdoor seating available.

Looking for a nice place to enjoy some outdoor seating downtown, we stopped by Culinary Corner Bistro for the most tasty lunch we have had in awhile! Recommend the two dishes I posted and definitely add on the truffle fries AND don't miss out on the Vietnamese coffee. We learned the kitchen is run by a Cordon Bleu chef and the flavor profiles of each dish is immaculate. You won't be disappointed.

I had a disappointing lunch experience here yesterday. After checking out their Yelp page, I wanted to try the boneless short rib entree. However, they are only serving a limited menu now that doesn't include the short rib dish. I placed a NY steak pho order with a lady at the door and explained that I'll dine at their outdoor seating. A while later a short Asian guy brings out my order in to-go packaging and catches an attitude when I explained I'm not taking it to to-go. Anyway, the broth on the pho was quite salty and the overall flavor was just not good. The NY steak looked nothing like the pics. The meat was very tough and cooked well done. Not a great value at $17 for a bowl, and the customer service needs improvement.
