Firenza Pizza

Wow, greatest service of all time by Caitlin and her teammates today! Had a lunch and learn meeting for 15 people that started at 11:45 am. Walked up to Firenza (at 11:15 am) and Caitlin was prepping for their daily open at 11:30 am. Told her my dilemma and she dropped what she was doing and with the help of her team they made 6 large pizzas within 20 mins. My husband and I came to Los Gatos for a friend's wedding and after driving all day, wanted to order something quick and easy for dinner. I'm so glad we decided on Firenza! My husband loves pizza so we eat it a lot (mostly from big chains like Round Table and Mountain Mike's which I'm not a fan of). This was the best pizza I've had in years! Nothing special. Got a "create your own pie" 10" pizza with sausage, pepperoni, olives, spinach and mushrooms. Some of the meat ingredients were grainy in texture (possibly from being in the freezer for a while). I do appreciate that the pizza crust wasn't as burnt as the others, but taste-wise, sorry to say, I've had tastier pizza in the area.
