Burgers are ok but way overpriced for what it is. They don't overfill the bag of fry's anymore so now that's not worth it anymore. Founder stated they over fill the bag to make the customer feel like they got a good value. It's just a huge disappointment all around.
This store regularly messes up orders and then refuses to give refunds. Do NOT visit this store. Give your business to the much better Five Guys over on first street. The owner is a screw up.Refuses to give refunds for mistaken orders ordered from online, against Five Guys corporate policy. Called the store to complain about a mistaken order, got walked round and round by the manager rather than giving a refund. Finally refused to give a refund and claimed that the owner of the store said that online orders should not be refunded unless you physically drive to the store with your mistaken order (AND the receipt). Called the corporate phone number and reported the owner and complained to get the refund.
The burgers here are freaking amazing and the service is one of a kind. I strongly recommend trying them out, whenever you have a chance.
Great service. Unremarkable food for way too
I haven't been here in several years. Still a great place to eat, but it has gotten very pricey. No peanuts, (thanks Covid). I think the burgers are smaller. Still the same great fries, and lots of them.
Amazing service!! Amazing food!! Very fresh.. did not expect it to be this good! Prolly the best 5 guys in town
Got the small burger and it was still large. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
I have not came here or any five guys before but for the price of their burgers and a fast food chain. I say it's not worth it. 3 burgers, a large fries and large soda was almost $50. It's once and done for me. I don't expect a fast food burger joint to be this pricey.
These guys are getting way too pricey. Paid over $10 for a single cheeseburger. There is no way there is $3 worth of meat on that bun, so I guess you're paying for all of the fixings that go on it.
I come here once a week. It's the closest acceptable burger joint near My home. Great staff that make great burgers! Definitely worth a visit if you like Give Guys burgers ~

Excellent burgers and fries in the heart of Silicon Valley. Not as economical as McDonald's, but vastly higher quality, as you get what you pay for. Recommended.
I absolutely love this place, their operation, food, quality, presentation, it all works, coming together in a total package experience that equals or bests all fast food burger chains.Compared to In N Out you get so much more food and yes, it's a little more expensive, but it's (1) Great quality (2) Fresh (3) They tailor it to your exact needs (4) Quantity is so much more. InNOuts patties are paper thin, 5Guys are much bigger (5) Their fries are so much better and lastly (6) You rarely have to wait, walk in, order, dine in or take your food out.Overall I feel 5Guys is a better experience in everyway, the waiting for 15-30 minutes for a paper thin burger at InNOut just doesn't work when you have options like 5Guys.....my 2 cents.
Great hamburgers! Great fries! This is definitely one of my go to places for a good hamburger fry and milkshake!
1 only because the burgers are good. Staff is friendly unless they give you the wrong order. Always check your orders prior to leaving to avoid making a trip back. I never write reviews, especially for a Five Guys lol. Hopefully this can improve their customer service because that was weak.
Was told order was ready for pick up. When I got there, the fries weren't ready. Had me waiting 20 - 30 minutes. The cook was kind enough to through in extra fries.
