The good: I placed a phone order and my order was ready right on time. I tried the garlic beef, hot and sour soup, combination fried rice, tomato fried fish and green beans. I think the last 2 dishes were the best dishes there. I liked that they put the tomato sauce on the side for the fried fish for the to-go order so that the fish wouldn't get soggy. I don't know what kind of white fish was used. The green beans were cooked nicely and had a nice crunch without being undercooked....read full review
Got kung pao chicken and the eggplant dish. The chicken was nice but the eggplant had tpo much flour coating amd I did not expwct it to be fried.Also for some reason the chicken came in half the size as eggplant with the other half being rice.

I think it's all my fault. My wife has pointed out that once I declare a place to be one of my favorites they have maybe a year left :-( My favorite dish here had been the dan dan noodles. Usually when I get dan dan noodles they're dry, but here the noodles are in a very tasty, spicy broth. I wish I could get more of that broth. I hope they reopen somewhere. I just drove by today (2021/09/24) and saw the location is now The Skewer Bar.
